Ms. Kathy is the best manager this building has had since I’ve been here for a year and a half now very caring she listens keeps in contact with every situation I’ve had regarding my apartment and really understands very tenants needs . I can’t ask for a better manager hope she stays there’s no replacing her 🫶💜

Today is July 21st I caught the manager mopping the floor cleaning up the lobby I told her where is the maintenance people they trying to get some in see mopping the floor vacuum removing trash I'm sitting there looking at her I said wow she said she had to do it it wasn't nobody there to do it I said wow God bless her heart đź’ś she need help this is Miss Kathleen: Colon I appreciate everything to do when I need the help she's a nice person she's a good person bless your heart Miss Kathleen: colon I said I'm going to go online and and rate her give her a good rating she deserve it thank you Miss Kathleen
