I can honestly say the staff makes a big difference in the experience here. Camilo is always approachable and upbeat, and it’s clear he takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly. Talaiah made the move in process simple and stress free and is always quick to help whenever I need information. It’s nice living somewhere where the office staff is responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents!

I had a great experience moving into my apartment, Huge-thanks to Talaiah! She made the entire moving-in process smooth and efficient and was always helpful and professional. The property itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. I also want to shout out the maintenance team—they are amazing, quick to respond, and very reliable. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to live here and appreciate the excellent staff and welcoming environment.

I had a great experience with the leasing office at Captiva Club Apartments! The customer service went above and beyond. Talaiah was the main person I worked with, and she was fantastic, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. She gave a wonderful tour and made the whole process feel super easy and welcoming. I also met the Community Manager, Camilo, he was very professional and kind, which added to the great experience. We are applying as we speak!! I would definitely recommend Captiva Club Apartments!

Worst place we ever lived in (we stayed for 1 year!) The common stairs were so dirty and never cleaned! The road is so noisy and the windows are so thin it’s like sleeping next to a highway. The laundry area is also very dirty and half of the machine are broken (same for the gym). They charge you for valet trash so the people leave the trash bag in front of the doors which smells terrible and when the guy come to pick them up because of the weight half of the trash are just constantly laying on the stairs. I let you imagine the experience here in Florida with heat. I ended up cleaning the common parts myself a couple of times, because I was so depressed to go back home to such a place every day. I complained to the property management people, they’re nice but un useful, they only remove the dog poop once but never cleaned and sanitized in a full year!! The neighborhood is not walkable at all, running or doing bicycle around feels more dangerous than anything. They’re a lot of dead animals on that road. They towed my car over night because I was parked too close to my OWN motorcycle and wanted to leave some space for my neighbors car on the other side. Of course I had to pay to get it back. They have an arrangement with a towing company and they’re towing cars around 3am in the morning almost every night. Our neighbor got robbed one month after we moved in. We had a couple of issues with some stoner people partying in front of our door, and had to step in to be left alone! The apartment itself is okay despite its location and poor renovation, some thermites ares still living in the walls. I got the security deposit back after a month, and of course they took out some community charges even though the apartment was given back completely clean. They’re some major improvements to be made to make that place livable. Hiring a cleaner and changing the windows, might be the first!
