If you can avoid it, seek a home elsewhere. I'm tired of the complete lack of professionalism from this place. The list of problems with this place is not short: - consistently receiving incorrect information from the Leasing Agent, such as pricing and the fact that we found out on Move-in Day that she put us in a 2bed/1.5 bath apartment instead of the 2 bedroom/2 bath that she said we would be getting; - additionally, the Leasing Agent thinking it's okay to address complete strangers as "honey, baby, sweetie, etc" - giving very little, to no, prior notice about having to shut off the water for "maintenance" - the complete lack of urgency in response to my service request about roaches in the apartment - not giving any heads up about when maintenance would be coming into the apartment for other issues Just to name a few. Like I said, this place needs a course in proper customer service and how to professionally run a business, because this experience has been nothing short of utter foolishness.

Our experience was excellent. The lady who greeted us at the Merelin apartment was very kind, professional, and always attentive to our needs. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant. We highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent place to live. The apartments are clean, the common areas are well-maintained, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly. I feel safe and comfortable living here. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and well-maintained community.
