My apartment is nice, I like it here. I wish I could post a huge sign telling everyone who just drops off their trash by the stairs when the compactor is full that they are VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the maintenance staff who work to keep our apartments up and running every day. I hope each and every one of you is fined PER BAG. What makes you think a grown adult wants to shovel your garbage?!?! Yes the compactor backs up, it happens, but it literally costs nothing to double bag your stuff and keep it in your home!! Ridiculous. Other than renters not understanding how good we have it in this economy, the complex is nice for the price and the amenities are nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Valerie, the property manager for Belmont Townhouse, has been absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly easy to get in touch with and always responds quickly, which makes everything so much smoother. Anytime I’ve had a question or request, she’s been responsive and helpful right away. She’s also just genuinely easy to work with—professional, approachable, and clearly cares about both the residents and the property itself. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with that level of attentiveness. Highly recommend!

I really love everything about this property. Besides the parking it was OK when I first moved here over three years ago, but now it’s become unbearable. All of the visitors parking is located in the back of the building. If you have a loved one who is disabled like I have they would have to walk from the back of the building to the front of the building depending on what part of the complex you live in. If you want to have guest after 4 PM, no matter what day of the week there will not be parking and the holidays are even worse… I really like this community and I don’t want to leave, but the parking is unbearable. People should be able to allow their guest to come visit them and not have to worry about the risk of leaving and not being able to park or the risk of being told if you park in a resident parking. This is nothing towards management, this is an issue I believe is something that Richman properties would need to correct. The parking issue is actually making me consider to end my lease which I really don’t want but I don’t Believe that if we pay our hard earned money to live here and can’t have company leaves me to want to look else where. There should be some type of system put in order That way, visitor parking isn’t being abused as well.

"WARNING: Predatory Infrastructure and Management Costs Me My Job" Do not let the "Affordable Housing" label at Brandywine fool you. I am a tech professional and former Verizon employee who was recently laid off specifically because the utilities here failed to meet corporate security and speed standards. 1. The Internet Monopoly: Management forces residents into an exclusive "bulk" deal with Moonbeam Internet ($60-$90/month added to rent). They block major providers like Spectrum and Frontier from the building. Moonbeam’s speeds are inconsistent, capping at 100Mbps, which is insufficient for high-security remote work. Because I was denied the right to choose a professional-grade ISP, I could not maintain my employment. 2. The Signal Dead Zone: If you have Verizon, expect 1 bar or zero service. While T-Mobile users get 5 bars, Verizon users are left in a dead zone. Management claims their "HUD status" shields them from making improvements, but as a subsidized property, they actually have a higher federal obligation to ensure basic utility access and resident stability. 3. Predatory Parking Tactics: They recently stripped away visitor parking for Buildings 1-5, moving the few remaining spots to the far rear of the complex. This is a nightmare for guests, especially families with infants or elderly visitors. They also strictly ban reverse parking—a policy designed solely to help tow trucks scan plates faster rather than for community safety. 4. The HUD Excuse: Management uses their HUD status as a shield to ignore grievances, telling residents "there's nothing they can do." In reality, they are prioritizing junk fees and towing revenue over the careers and safety of their residents. If you work from home or value your career, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am filing a formal grievance with the HUD Multifamily Housing Complaint Line and Hillsborough County Code Enforcement regarding these practices.
