Management at this property changes frequently, and the lack of consistency shows. Maintenance issues are often given temporary fixes instead of being properly resolved. There are still ledger discrepancies that date back to previous management, and at one point, tenant recertification paperwork was reportedly lost. Now, current management is telling tenants that if they cannot produce documentation reflecting what previous management told them, it “doesn’t count.” It is unfair to hold residents responsible for management’s recordkeeping errors. They are even attempting to evict a tenant in a HUD-assisted unit over issues that appear to have resulted from mistakes made by prior management. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting here.
