I have been living here for two years and I love the cleanliness friendly neighbors floor plan location in channelside and the staff is awesome. The affordability is very good for the location. I particularly like being close access to I-4 for travel to work in Polk county a few days a week. I would recommend this place!

Bell Channelside: West Hollywood prices, 2009 amenities. Bold strategy charging like this is Beverly Hills when it’s giving budget motel energy. Confidence is admirable, I’ll give them that

Do not move here unless you want to be scammed out on HUNDREDS of dollars when you move out. They will charge you for “missing things” when you were never even given these things. Also the DUST is a huge problem. I have never had an air filter get dirty in ONE week until I moved here. A/C always is broken and water is brown/yellow half the time. Also the package situation is an absolute nightmare. I have had three different packages stolen within the last two years and management doesn’t do much to help. Lastly, we pay for covered, secure parking but yet cars are being broken into and the homeless people are in the hallways all the time. We had several different occasions where homeless people were sleeping outside of our door, in the hallways, and in the stairwells. The only positive about this apartment is the location and the maintenance men. They are absolutely amazing. Wouldn’t recommend living here if you want a safe and cleanly apartment. Much better options in the Channelside area.

Worst apartment i’ve ever lived in. Biggest money scam. Will charge you for things that were never in the apartment to begin with. Collects so much dust to the point your allergies will always be bad, and no amount of cleaning will keep the apartment clean. Pay for security but homeless break in every day and sleep in front of your door and break in your car! Do not live here, you will regret it.
