Terrible customer service

I had a wonderful experience searching for my apartment back in summer. From start to finish, Alana made this experience great. She is an outstanding assistant manager - professional, hardworking, and incredibly attentive. Alana went above and beyond at every step, answering questions promptly, resolving concerns with ease, and finding solutions that made the entire process feel smooth. The apartment showing truly stood out. Alana was knowledgeable and welcoming, taking the time to highlight details and explain everything. Her dedication and professionalism played a huge role in my decision to rent the apartment. It was easy to see how much pride she takes in her work and how deeply she cares about the residents and the community. Since becoming a resident at BC Properties, I’ve consistently found Alana to be responsive and supportive. She always follows through and maintains the excellent service that impressed me from the very beginning. The property itself is just as impressive. It’s well-maintained, clean, and clearly cared for, which speaks volumes about the management and maintenance teams. It has assigned parking, which I also like. The location is another major plus - convenient, accessible, and close to everything you need, making it an ideal place to call home.

Great place to live! Assigned parking spots, community pool and trash service. Alana is always punctual and professional when we submit requests. LeRoy is always willing to help and remediate our issues ASAP. 5 star community!

I really enjoyed my time with BC Tampa. The office was highly responsive and professional. I loved my apartment. Pest control and fire inspections were always up to date. Maintenance requests were always honored. My only suggestion is getting maintenance staff to call ahead before arriving at location, as there were a couple of instances that I was in the shower or in video meetings when they arrived. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Renter beware. We stayed here about 2 years. We ultimately had to break our lease contract because we could hear every single foot step of our upstairs neighbor. After many complaints , they checked it out multiple times but decided to do nothing about it—partly because they had their own renovations in mind and wanted us out. We couldn’t take the noise and broke our lease. Shortly after leaving they did some half-a$$ renovations and changed the monthly lease from $2100 to $4000/month!!! Insane. They all ‘seem’ like they care but it’s one big facade. Transparency is a big issue. The floors are all wood so if you are not on the top floor you hear everything from your upstairs neighbor. I doubt they fixed this and if they did, just like everything else it was down cheaply. Also I agree with all the other recent comments within the last year or two. This place has gone down hill and become very money centric.
