My wife and I have lived at Avli for about a year and a half, and when our renewal comes up, we fully intend on staying. Living here has been a great experience, and a big part of that is the amazing staff. Brandon, the Community Manager, Dominique in the leasing office, and Sakeena, the Assistant Community Manager, have all been exceptional. They genuinely care about the residents and consistently go above and beyond to help. As someone who now works in property management myself, I have a much greater appreciation for everything that goes on behind the scenes. It is not an easy job, but this team handles it with professionalism, patience, and kindness every day. A perfect example happened today. Amazon delivered a package to the Luxer locker system but entered the wrong resident information, so I never received a pickup code. I called the office, Sakeena answered, and she immediately helped me locate and retrieve my package. No hassle, no runaround, just excellent customer service. I also have to give special recognition to Dominique. She was the person who toured us when we were first looking for an apartment. Her positive attitude, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm made such an impact on us that it is honestly one of the reasons I became interested in working in property management myself. She showed me what great customer service looks like, and I try to bring that same energy to my own residents today. No community is perfect, but what sets Avli apart is having a team that truly cares and works hard to make residents feel valued. I would absolutely recommend Avli to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I live in Building 9521, on the 4th floor, and I would like to raise a concern regarding a recurring issue. There is a dog in the building that often has a very strong odor, and when it is taken into the elevator, the smell remains for a considerable time afterward. This makes the elevator uncomfortable for other residents to use. I kindly ask pet owners to ensure their animals are properly groomed and maintained out of consideration for everyone who shares the building’s common areas.
