I never even lived here, and I am kinda glad for that now, but I will say their process of accepting applicants is quite scary. We were contacted MULTIPLE times within a “48 hour window” after touring to secure our rate, but once we submitted our information and money, it took them WEEKS to come up with a result, which was much too long, just for us to be denied? In the time frame it took them to process our information, we toured another place, applied, and got accepted within a frame of a few days. Really upset about my waste of money on this application!

Been here for two years and honestly have had a great experience. Anytime I need something fixed in my apartment, maintenance is always quick and on top of it. The staff is constantly around the complex picking up trash and keeping everything looking clean, and the landscaping is always well maintained. The location is also super convenient and close to everything I need. I’ve enjoyed living here so much that instead of leaving, I’m actually moving into a bigger unit within the complex. Definitely recommend!
