Ascent St. Petersburg

I misspelled one letter on my friend’s car, and they immediately towed the car. I provided my unit number and passcode. Nobody called me to confirm, they just towed the car , and they want almost $500 even though my parking is still valid.

This is my third year living at The Ascent, and I can honestly say I still feel like I'm on vacation. It's a beautiful property, the amenities are well maintained, and I continue to love living here. I know every community get mixed reviews, but my experience has been completely different from some of the complaints posted in the reviews. For example, I use the gym every day, and it's always been a great experience for me. The maintenance team is responsive, professional, and friendly. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job keeping the common areas spotless. I also think it's important to have realistic expectations. The Ascent is in the heart of downtown St. Pete-you're going to experience city life, inluding the homeless and noise. That's part of choosing to live in a vibrant city. I want to give a special shout out to Michaela in the leasing office. She is a wonderful addition to the team. She's warm, welcoming, responsive and geuninely cares about the residents. She has truly made living here even better! If you're looking for a beautiful place to live in the middle of everything St. Pete has to offer, I highly recommend the Ascent.

I ve been here and really loved it
