I would not recommend living here. While the apartments themselves are nice, my experience with management has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, and management has shown very little transparency or consistency. We are supposed to move out in 2 days, I’ve asked for a manager and emailed several times and the only information we’ve received through the portal shows that we owe $2,800 for 5 days of rent. I had to call to ask what this charge was for, and I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Since then, the amount in the portal has changed to $2,000 without any explanation or breakdown of the charges. If I hadn’t called to question it, I would have just paid an amount that was not clearly explained. On top of that, I previously experienced issues with my notice to vacate being treated very strictly, even after explaining my situation and having a good payment history. Overall, it feels like residents are not given clear communication or support when questions arise about billing or move-out charges. I understand leases are legal agreements, but transparency and basic customer service matter. Residents should be able to clearly understand what they are being charged for without having to repeatedly follow up and as for a manger several times. If you are considering living here, I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing all lease terms and being prepared to closely monitor all charges, especially during move-out, because communication regarding fees and billing can be unclear and inconsistent.
