Jonathan in maintenance at Altis Grand Central is absolutely amazing! He is always so helpful, accommodating, and genuinely cares about making sure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. No matter what the situation is, he always goes above and beyond to find a solution and make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who is so friendly, professional, and reliable. His hard work and positive attitude definitely don’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Jonathan, for everything you do—you make living here so much better!

I had a great experience getting my apartment at Altis Grand Central! The entire leasing process was smooth, stress-free, and easy from start to finish. Randi was absolutely amazing she was friendly, professional, and always available to answer my questions. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and made me feel great every step of the way. I highly recommend Altis Grand Central, especially if you get the chance to work with Randi!

Ashylnn was professional, friendly and accommodating throughout the whole touring/moving process. I asked a lot of dumb questions and she didn’t flinch at any of them. Loving the apartment so far :)

The Altis Grand Central truly feels like home. The location is amazing, with so much to do within walking distance, but what really stands out are the beautiful amenities and the welcoming leasing and management team, they are kind, accommodating, and make you feel right at home. My favorite spot is the rooftop with its breathtaking views of Tampa. I also love the concrete construction, which creates a peaceful, quiet living experience. Beauty, peace, and comfort all in one place. I can definitely see myself calling Altis Grand Central my home. A. Hargrove
