Community charges extra fees for everything to an insane degree. Scam of a rental property. Maintenance guy is awesome though.

Very bad and all the times the alarm ringing and they didn’t clean the stairs and many things bad Fire alarm at the mid night very noisy even when they are sleeping Worst management office in all Tampa bay Very expensive rent low quality service And living here create anxiety from fire sprinkler

I love these apartments! The boutique small community feel combined with an amazing location right next to one of Plant High Schools bus pick up locations. Highly recommend!

I'm very disappointed. I had countless work orders that took forever to fix due to management changes. The gate never worked and at the end the building most have discontinued using the cleaning service because the common areas were filthy. I had to endure fire alarms in the middle of the night consistently for the first few months. I was so bad several tenants wouldnt leave their units. I was too afraid to stay in mine. It doesn't justify the rent they are charging. I paid $2630 for a 3br. Now I am told not only am I not getting my deposit back, I owe them an additional $656.08 for cleaning and repairs. I had the apartment cleaned. I have pictures and videos. I am still waiting for a valid reply.
