930 Central Flats has been one of the best apartment communities I've experienced. The leasing office has always been kind, communicative and incredibly responsive. The maintenance team has consistently been prompt and very helpful. What stood out most was the sense of community. Everyone was welcoming, the amenities were well maintained, the pool area was beautiful and there was a great variety of apartment layouts to choose from. I've lived in several different parts of the country and I can honestly say this has been my favorite apartment community. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 930 Central Flats to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Great place to live with an amazing staff. Just attended the annual resident summer pool party and it was an absolute blast. Delicious catered food and a live Dj. If you’re looking to move to Central Ave. there is no better place!

Just moved out but lived here for 2 years and loved it. Management was friendly and helpful, units were nice and clean, lots of amenities, location was awesome except for traffic on game days. Rent was a bit pricey but overall had a great experience. Would definitely recommend

Carlos through Maintenance is THE MAN! Any issues we have, he comes straight away and fixes everything. Very genuine guy and deserves a lot of praise here as we have had some issues with AC, Toilets, Blinds. He deserves huge praise for 930! Great Guy all around
