Iโve have been trying to get in contact with yugo catalyst for now three weeks and have been told that โtheyโre busyโ which is why I havenโt received a response. I have left emails and called multiple times now. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The leasing desk agents have been rude on the phone and extremely dismissive. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Donโt waste your money.

Lived here for one year, it was good place. They do a lot of events for residents and have a coffee bar thatโs always open. No major complaints and would live here again. Great location

If youโre looking for student housing that feels like a social experiment in negligence, this building is perfect for you. Where do I even start? The elevator was broken for AN ENTIRE YEAR. Not a week. Not a month. A YEAR. Hope you enjoy hauling groceries, suitcases, and your entire existence up multiple flights of stairs while paying luxury-level rent. Speaking of rent. They somehow managed to raise everyoneโs rent without properly telling people, promised discounts and credits that magically never appeared, and then acted confused when residents were upset. Truly impressive levels of incompetence. Weโve gone through FOUR different management teams in THREE years. FOUR. At this point the turnover rate is faster than the WiFi crashing. Every new team comes in pretending theyโre going to โturn things around,โ posts fake smiling Instagram content like the building is some trendy luxury apartment, and then disappears while everything literally falls apart. The walls are cracking. Thereโs mold in basically every room. Maintenance requests vanish into another dimension. The study rooms donโt even have functioning lights or air conditioning half the time. And move-out week? Awful. Garbage piled through entire hallways and across floors like a landfill simulator. The smell alone should qualify residents for financial compensation. The funniest part is the Instagram account constantly posting aesthetic photos pretending everything is amazing while residents are living in conditions that feel one step away from a building code violation investigation. The ONLY reason this place gets even one ounce of recognition is Nick. Shoutout to Nick for being the only competent, helpful, and honest person in the entire building. If Nick quits, the place might actually collapse. Nick is a new addition to the team this year and I will say the management the last three months has been way better. Theyโve had many events that they put a lot of effort into and genuinely care about the residents. Better late than never I guess!
