This community consistently receives high praise for its exceptionally friendly and responsive staff, particularly the leasing and maintenance teams who make moving in and day-to-day living incredibly smooth and stress-free. Residents often highlight the well-maintained property, great amenities, and a strong sense of safety, all within a convenient location close to shopping and attractions. While the community offers excellent value and a positive living experience, some residents have noted occasional parking challenges due to guest vehicles and multiple-car families, as well as concerns about rent increases for long-term residents and the quality of some apartment materials.

Don’t get me wrong, everything is great here. It’s just unfortunate with the parking situation. I understand, first one first serve, but there are times where guest parks where residents should be (or just a random car with no sticker for residents.) It’s also unfortunate that a family can have multiple cars taking up most of the space. And for people to SAFE PARK a parking spot? I find it beyond crazy how someone takes the time to see when someone leaves to get a certain parking spot. That’s honestly unacceptable. I just wish something could be done or have a better system in place.
