Instead of cleaning apartments they just repaint them. They don’t come quickly to fix maintenance issues such as flooded apartments due to old piping. The owners are money hungry and will charge you for anything just to not give your deposit back. Don’t move here unless you’re ready for a nightmare.

The apartments are roomy. The pool is okay as long as you can get there before most of the kids come. LOL. The amount of trash that was in the pool was astounding. Im not sure why you need to eat snack cakes while swimming...but.

I believe it's under New Management and they are upgrading all of the appliances. It's not necessarily a bad place it just needs a little bit of uplifting upkeep. But Caroline the realtor very nice woman. She is four stars.
