I recently moved here, and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been great except for my experience with Kaitlyn. I was having an issue with a missing piece of mail and went to the office to see if someone could help. The first solution she offered was to simply get a replacement. She then directed me to the wrong mailbox on the property, which was especially confusing as a new resident still trying to figure everything out. I ended the conversation because it was clear she wasn’t interested in helping, and I went back to my apartment. Since this was an important piece of mail, I called the office again hoping to speak with someone else. Kaitlyn answered, and I politely asked if I could speak with TJ, who has always been very helpful. She told me he was out giving a tour, but when I walked back to the office less than 5min after that call, I found that TJ was there and more than willing to help me with the issue. I wanted to share my experience, but I also want to recognize TJ. He consistently goes above and beyond, genuinely cares about his tenants, and makes people feel welcome and valued. Thank you, TJ, for always being willing to help. You’re the best!

I’ve been living here for the last year and I only have great things to say about this complex. Pricing is more affordable for the area, the complex is very calm and quiet and the neighborhood is overall safe. I haven’t experienced any problems with any bugs and the maintenance James and Hudson are great. They respond to all of my requests within 2-3 business days and are always kind and respectful. The complex even replaced the wifi a few months ago and it’s working so much better. My unit was in great shape when I moved in! Lastly, Thais the manager is great at her job and is always helpful with any concerns.

I wanted to commend manager Thais for the best customer service I have ever dealt with for a apartment complex. Her friendly and out going personality has made this leasing transition, moving my son into his new apartment, nothing short of a pleasure. I have spoke with Thais on several occasions, helping set up my son's application, move in and any other information that was needed to make this a smooth transition. My son attends FSU and this has been by far the best apartment transition so far and I credit this to Thais and her customer service and her knowledge. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and especially Thais. Thank you, Thais. Your company has no idea what a fantastic manager they have in you and they are lucky to have you.

I have lived here for a nigh a year, It is a sturdy place to rest in the evenings and I have so far had no great problems. The wi-fi is fickle but said fickleness is a fine reminder to step away from the computer; other reviewers have also mentioned high noise levels and people not picking up after their dogs, and the latter is definitely noticeable and the former is only occasionally noticeable; yet, I find these conditions highly livable and think that they do not detract from the overall experience of living here. Rather, the positive aspects of the place more than make up for these minor detractors. Chiefly - the structures are, as said before, sturdy and unproblematic, the prices are decent, and residence here puts one directly on a bus line (Tomahawk), ten minutes' walk from numerous other bus lines, fifteen minutes' walk from the west end of FSU and only ten minutes' walk from a grocery store. As a student, considering the brutal parking situation at FSU, it has saved tremendously on stress and gas bills to live so close to campus. I would also like to shout out James and Hudson, who are the maintenance workers. They are always kind and are seemingly the only people in this town who make it a habit to say a "Good Mornin'!" to people on the regular. Speaking of, maintenance here has always been quick to resolve whatever problems me and my roommate have had. Considerin' the reasons above, I have to recommend the place; I have had an excellent experience here.

I have been living at Villa Lucia for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say. I have only ever had positive experiences with the staff, maintenance team, and neighbors. I recently had an issue with the drain in my dishwasher. I reported the issue to maintenance on Friday, and James and Hudson had a brand new unit installed on Monday. They were kind and courteous and incredibly quick and efficient in both removing the old unit and installing the new one. Villa Lucia is a great place to live and has an incredible team behind it!
