Vie Villas at Boca Raton

My overall experience at this property has been frustrating due to ongoing communication and management issues. Throughout my tenancy, I experienced repeated issues with inspection notices and attempts to access my unit. I was told notices were sent, but I did not consistently receive them and had to request clarification multiple times. There were also repeated attempts to enter or inspect the unit without clear coordination or a scheduled time, which created ongoing stress and confusion. At times, I felt repeatedly pressured through frequent communication and visits that felt excessive and disruptive. I also felt there were expectations placed on me that went beyond normal tenant responsibilities, including being asked to assist with tasks that felt more like staff duties. More recently, I received notices regarding unit condition concerns and potential fines. I have remained in the unit, and a recent issue involved perishable items left behind by a roommate who moved out. I am actively addressing and correcting the situation. While I have always been willing to cooperate with lease requirements and inspections, my expectation is clear communication, proper written notice, and respect for tenant boundaries. Unfortunately, this was not consistently followed. I am sharing this review to document my experience and encourage better communication and transparency for future residents. Outside of the lease agreement, they used me for cheap labor during my time at this property. It was cheap labor. As an African American resident, one thing that caught me off guard during the summer was being asked to do painting work and being offered cash payment off the books. References were made to cheap labor, which I found inappropriate and demeaning. Afterward, I experienced continued harassment and treatment that felt dehumanizing, which significantly contributed to my negative experience. I was not aware that such expectations would be placed on residents, and it contributed to my negative experience. I am sharing this to provide context for current and future residents.

My student had a sensitive and challenging occurrence happen with a roommate. Yvette, the General Manager, took immediate action, was courteous and concerned for all. She patiently listened to my concerns and suggestions, all of which she had already implemented plus extra steps that I hadn’t even thought of. Yvette’s calm and professional discretion in handling this delicate situation is absolutely commendable. I cannot express how grateful and impressed I am with Yvette. Vie Villa’s Boca, you are so fortunate to have a General Manager of this caliber.

Vie Villas has been such a nice place to live at! Any problem we ever have (which has been little to none) they have helped us right away! Everything is very maintained and my roommates and I feel very safe here!

This place is what paradise stands for! Love living here, and the commute to FAU is nothing longer then a 5 minute walk. Would recommend living here for anyone looking for off-campus housing near Florida Atlantic

I love Vie Villas! The community is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The amenities are amazing with a gym and a newly redone pool! The location is ideal because it is right next to FAU, shopping, and great restaurants. The staff is also super friendly and are very responsive when you need any help! I have always felt safe here as well with the guard and a gate! I would highly recommend for anyone student at FAU!

I just moved here and it is amazing. It feels like luxury compared to the surrounding apartments and on campus dorms! All of the maintenance people are so nice and helpful. Modern, clean, and comfortable place. Love the pool area and the community in general. PLUS there are fun giveaways and overall a great vibe in the community heart

Vie Villas is such a great community to live in! It feels very safe, especially with a security guard on duty at night. Yvette has been incredibly nice and helpful throughout my experience here—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported.

I’m about to begin my second lease at vie villas and couldn’t be more pleased with the community, maintenance and staff. Yvette really wants her residents to enjoy living here and is dedicated to them, and is incredibly sweet and helpful. There are so many cute activities and events for residents as well. I lived at university Park the two years prior to living Here and I’m so grateful that I left there and now have a more personalized safer living experience.

The land lady Yvette is super nice!! She lets you know when she’s available and helps out in any way she can! Nice staff as well!

My son lived at Vie Villas for his junior and senior years at FAU, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. They are within walking distance to campus, yet still provide a daily shuttle every hour for students. The apartments are large and nicely furnished. But the biggest asset is the management and staff. Yvette is always willing to go the extra mile for students and parents. The maintenance department never fails to address issues in a timely fashion. And the shuttle driver is friendly and accommodating. I would without hesitation recommend Vie Villas to any Boca college students.

Pool has been closed since February..been told multiple “re opening” days just for them to be wrong. In south Florida..for the price of rent and not having a pool..very disappointing for residences. Renovations could have been done in winter or over break. Also might I add all the other amenities listed are fake. No gas fire or grills and they will not replace them. Disappointing to say the least.

Terrible management, unsafe living environments, none of the pictures on the website match what it actually is. The leasing manager haggles for 5 star reviews. There are plenty of options nearby that are better!!

I found Vie Villas to be absolutely lovely. I find it very comforting to know that I am safe because it is in a gated area as well as only populated by other FAU students. The facilities look very nice as well. The gym is 24/7 which I think is super convenient. But most importantly, their customer support is a 10/10. Yvette is wonderful and takes the time to answer any and every question that I have making sure I am at ease when it comes for the time to move in. I really love her attitude.

Vie villas is a great off campus apartment complex, friendly and very family like. Nothing but good vibes and great things around the complex. Also to mention the complex is very clean with its pool that is now redone and also the gym which is also very convenient.

I very recently visted Vie Villas at Boca Raton to inquire about housing for my daughter for the Fall of 2025. From the start (securing an appointment) to the finish (signing the lease), I received outstanding, professional customer service. While visiting the property, I felt a very positive vibe and just knew that it is the perfect location. It was clear, from the moment that I arrived, the care that is taken maintaining the property and the enthusiasm from management too. The most amazing highlight was meeting Yvette Smith, Property Manager, after talking to her on the phone prior to my visit, I just knew she would provide me with superior assistance. The moment I met her, she was amazing, knowledgable, upbeat and so caring and understanding with my concerns. I highly recommend, if you have housing needs for your student, that you reach out to Yvette, she certainly took a lot of time answering all of my questions and making me feel at ease with decision making. I commend her on the fantastic commitment to customer service excellence, and Vie Villas is lucky to have her on their team. I am super excited for the move-in and know it is going to be a great experience for my daughter. I highly recommend that you make an appointment to tour this beautiful property. It did not disappoint.

Living so far away from my son , the level of security and safety that I felt after visiting the Vie Villas at Boca Raton definitely put my mind at ease. I was confident this was the perfect fit for my son and us. The staff is friendly , polite and extremely helpful. If I ever had a question or concern , the general manager, Yvette, immediately took care of my concerns/questions and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She is amazing and helped me tremendously with the move in process, made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Vie Villas to any parent looking for a safe environment for their child. Horrible management, Yvette is rude and has a power trip in her position in vie villas. Don’t get on her bad side or you will be in torturous living conditions. AC was unliveable at almost 90 degrees for a week straight, she disregarded the issue and instead was extremely rude to everyone in the house when confronted about it. She has caused so many issues for so many people in the neighborhood and continues to use her authority to shut people up with threats rather than addressing the issues in the property, some of which are inhumane living conditions and should have been sorted out with priority. Overall good complex, horrible management. Remove Yvette if you ever want your tenants to live comfortably and fairly, or on a larger scale to avoid complaints or lease issues because your management doesn’t know property/tenant laws which puts people in dangerous living conditions.

This review is specifically about Yvette, Manager at Vie Villas. Yvette is kind, patient, professional, and an overall angel. She listens in a way that you really feel heard. She makes time even when there is none. And for me personally, she made what could have been a stressful situation feel like a breadth of fresh air instead.

If you are a parent like me who reads the reviews on these apartments, I can't say enough good things about this complex. My daughter has been there since last August. The complex matched her with roommates and that has worked out really well. Each person has their own bedroom and bathroom with an individually locked door and a common area (kitchen, living room, laundry room and half bath) is shared. The common area looks fairly updated and no complaints about it. The furniture was in great shape. My daughter used the shuttle to get back and forth to FAU. No complaints!! Yvette, the manager, was terrific. All the good things said in other reviews are TRUE!!! The property itself is gated and the amenities are nice. I am so glad that we selected Vie Villas over the dorms. The horror stories from the dorms have been eye opening. I know rent prices in Boca are expensive, but if you are looking for a nice complex that is next to campus, this is it!!!! I think the cost is worth it, especially if you child doesn't have roommates already identified.

This complex is utterly atrocious when it comes to management and issues that have evolved. The manager Yvette and I had multiple of counters when it came to items being stolen out of the garage from other individuals in the complex. Unannounced visits to the apartment and constant unanswered messages from both me and my mother. Very disrespectful to individuals who live at the apartment and unapproachable when it comes to simple conversations. She has also lied multiple times about whereabouts of other individuals and constantly engages in issues that are caused by her irrational anger. This individual also had a lawsuit pertaining with my other roommate due to false accusations. Other than my issues with this manager there have been other individuals incidences when it came to my neighbors. She gave him less than a week to move out of his whole apartment and find a new one. Multiple knocks that would wake other individuals in the surrounding areas up because of her erratic behavior. The list goes on but for your well-being I would suggest not renting an apartment out from this complex, best wishes to all.

Yvette Smith, general manager, is fantastic. She was so helpful from the very start of my millions of questions all the way through the leasing process. She was extremely responsive and detailed. I feel very comfortable with my daughter moving to the complex given how wonderful Yvette has been. I commend her on the fantastic commitment to customer service excellence. Yvette is a great asset to this company.

When I first applied to reside at Vie Villas, I had issues with moving in. Last August, I was told that I could move in the Monday that my classes started. I delayed it to Friday so I didn’t have to deal with moving the first week of school. I had a hard time afterwards getting a hold of the office to complete this finalization. I was eventually told by one of the leasing people that there was someone set to move in before me but they decided to not go through with their lease. Apparently they made a “handshake” agreement in which this person claimed that they would pay for August’s rent. Turns out this tenant decided to not pay, which delayed my moving in process. I was never told this until inquiring about the delay. When I tried to inquire more information about when I could move in I was told by someone in the leasing department that, “I should be grateful that they were trying to help.” I found out the whole time that they could have just sent her a notice to pay for majority of August while I pay for the official date of when I moved in. When I first moved in the couch was torn up from a previous tenants dog damaging it. It took a few times to finally get them to change it out. My roommates said they were trying to get it changed for months. The walls were damaged as well and a lot of the past tenants stuff were still in the apartment. The manager, Yvette, didn’t always respond to emails as well. My lease ended recently and we were sent an email about electric payments. The electric bill got extremely high despite attempts to greatly reduce A/C usage and overall energy usage. There was mainly one person there for the past few months before the lease ended. And she wasn’t there all time. They seemed to keep checking in on our A/C. This is an older building. I eventually figured out from past experience that our A/C was going out which caused it to burn electricity like crazy. The residents got an email from Yvette claiming that our last electric bill, referred to as the “final payment,” would be a lot higher. Before then, the second to last payment would be sent around July 10th-12th. The “final payment” would follow when we moved out/shortly afterwards. There eventually was a bill sent August 1st that was triple the typical amount. I figured this was a part of the last two payments they were talking about since it was ridiculously high. And it was sent the day after I moved out. I eventually got another email from Yvette with the bill of the actual “final payment” for the electric bill last week. Mind you, tenants started moving in August 13th. It was the 22nd when I got sent that. So this is sent way after I moved out which was July 31st. Confused, I contacted the manager Yvette because I wasn’t sure if I was getting charged somehow with an electric bill from the new tenants. She provided no extra explanation. After trying to figure out what happened on my own, I asked if they just simply sent the electric payments way later then they said they were going to. Causing the “actual” final bill to just now be sent out to me. Just so I could figure out what all these bills were. Never said I wouldn’t pay. I kept waiting for a response. I just got an email from Yvette today threatening that the final electric bill would be sent to a credit union or already was, which is absolutely disgusting. There was a complete delay on their end with sending out the electric bills. This confused me especially since the second to last bill was the actual extremely high bill. Not the “final payment” one. I was simply trying to figure out if my conclusion was right. Yvette is completely unprofessional and I am not the only one that has had issues with her. Just giving a heads up of management and what you could run into.

My son is an incoming freshman, leaving home, so you can imagine my anxiety. I have to tell you that Yvette, the property manager, was so understanding and helpful during this process, from start to finish. Thank you Yvette...you are truly amazing!

I lived here for a year, so here is my list of pros and cons. Pros: great maintenance team and friendly management, overall safe, security guard is there for a majority of the time, grounds are always kept clean. Cons: extremely difficult to get rid of unwanted guests that roommates have over...I had a roommate who had an unwanted guest stay with us and it took MONTHS to get them off the premise. This made my time here extremely less enjoyable. My other roommate actually broke her lease early because of this issue. Additionally, the gate system here is terrible. The call box is positioned so awkwardly that you have to get out of your car every time you need to put your code in. Everyone who entered in to pick me up would complain about this. It also glitched a lot, so you would have to count on the security guard to be there to let you in.

My daughter had a list of small items to fix in her apartment. The portal was easy to use, and maintenance came out the next day to fix everything. Yvette and the two maintenance guys were very friendly and professional! Thank you for being so efficient!

Vie Villas is an awesome place to live. The amenities are great. Management is very accommodating and friendly. Yvette was so helpful and always available when needed. Very close to FAU. Complimentary shuttle is a nice perk. Highly recommend.

My daughter moved away and I couldn’t be more happier with her choice with moving to vie villas. They community management has been so helpful in making sure my daughter is safe and feels like it’s home away from home. They are prompt with repairs and have great communication. I renewed my least 3 months before schedule because this place has gained my trust as a parent. Thank you for making my job less stressful with handling a college student and all the demands that come with it.

The atmosphere at Vie Villas was fun. The property was well managed and safe. The property manager Yvette Smith was pleasant and always took the time to answer questions. The maintenance staff kept the property the clean .

If feeling safe in your own home and having privacy are important to you I suggest you stay clear of Vie Villas. The property manager Yvette Smith will come into your home without notice, gaslight you, talk bad about you to other tenants/parents and ignore your emails. She will go out of her way to invite herself in and get in your business if you are feuding with roommates, never offering a constructive solution. Management cares more about making money than they do about the students living here. Anything from cops being called to broken property, random men living in an all girls house for multiple days, people trying to get into your individual bedroom, and consistent fighting are not grounds to termination of a lease. The quality of the homes are not worth the price, if you want to wash a comforter or a fair amount of clothes, get ready to wake up to a flooded laundry room. Regardless, take my advice and do not live here if you want a safe and peaceful environment to focus on going to school.

So I lived here for two years and I just want to go over a few things. Vie villas is not a good place to live if you like privacy. 1. When you get to your house you’ll notice the property manager Yvette randomly going into your house without notice and looking through your stuff. 2. That same property manager will lie about stuff on your lease agreement just so she can get her way. 3. One of my biggest things I hated when living there was during my second year at Vie Villas I was given two random roommates and when one was acting up I was told it was my job to watch over him even though before that year I have never known this kid in my life. 4. Remember everybody if you sign a lease and you get random roommates and something goes wrong with one of your roommates it’s also your fault which was specifically told to me many times. 5. When I moved out I asked my Roomate to hold onto something for me because I didn’t have the space in my new apartment yet and he was totally fine with it. When I came to pick it up which was technically still my move out day I was told I had to pay a $500 fee because I was not out of the apartment on time. It seems like anytime something doesn’t go the property managers way we have to pay a $500 fee. 6. If you like to move into a clean and nice apartment forget it because when I moved in half my walls were cracked and the shower and toilet was not working right and the second I turned on the heat in my house it caught fire because they don’t do routine air conditioning cleaning. There was smoke all through out my house and the fire department almost came. 7. I have many friends in this apartment complex and was told that the property manager pretty much forced their hand into re signing because she went up to them when they were intoxicated which is very in professional. I could keep going and wright and essay for you but that doesn’t do either of us any good. If I could give zero stars I would!

We signed a lease last fall for this upcoming school year for my son. This is a beautiful community, right near the school; but more important to us has been Yvette and all the help and wonderful communication she has provided. It’s been a pleasure and we’re thrilled to have our son become a resident.

I plan to sue Vie Villas soon and will be suing Yvette Smith personally. These people are insane and try to ruin peoples lives. They tried to blackmail me, the law in Florida is clear as day, a guarantor can't be arbitrarily extended. I wasn't part of the extension, I didnt approve it, I wasnt named in the case before the judge, my guarantorship ended July 31st. I've had good credit for 10 years, now you'll be sued for damages. I'm coming for you in court. I told you in the cease and desist I was willing to pay if the courts ruled that my sister and her husband owed money, even though my time as guarantor ended July 31st, you did something unethical and totally illegal, the case is still in litigation but you decided to make a decision before the judge had his chance to make a ruling...so get ready, slander of credit is a serious offense!

Great place to live. Prime location. It’s walking distance to FAU and a 2 minute drive to Mizner Park. Yvette Smith is a fantastic property manager. My AC wasn’t working late at night and she made sure to get someone there in under an hour. College students are in good hands at Vie Villas.

I wanted to thank Yvette so much for making my son Chris feel so welcome to the community! She has gone above and beyond to match roommates who will be compatible with each other. Thank you Yvette you are the best and I so appreciate all your help.

We were very fortunate to have our daughter and roommates secure housing in Vie Villas. As a parent I am happy knowing that my daughter is safe in this gated community with security, that is literally across the street from campus. Having a shuttle bus that runs to and from campus is a huge bonus. The property is very well maintained, the units are beautiful, and the amenities are great. The property manager Yvette is awesome. Working with her to secure housing was a very positive experience. Seeing how she interacts with the students living there, I can tell that she truly cares about them and their living experience at Vie Villas. I highly recommend Vie Villas to any student looking for off campus housing.

The general manager, Yvette was so helpful and professional. She took her time showing us the property, answered multiple questions, and helped with the application process. My daughter is so excited to live at such a secure, clean place with great amenities and close to the FAU campus.

I love the layout and how close it is to campus! I always feel safe and comfortable too. Management is supportive and responds very quickly when you need help!

The place is terrible. The pool is gross, the gym is always closed and the management team is nonexistent.

Yvette, the manager, is not transparent and will disinform you to get you to sign a lease. It is a shame because the property was very nice, and I left with a great experience just for it to all fall apart. The first issue was that the rent price she told me was inaccurate; the price was $50 more than what she said which was no big deal. I understand price increases happen. The second issue I had was while at the property with Yvette, we discussed how they did leasing from August to the end of the Spring term, which worked out perfectly with my school allowing me to go home during the summer and save money, which she agreed. Then later, when I was filling out the application, I noticed that the lease term was not what I was told, leading me to call her to question it and of course, she reassured me that everything was fine and those were the terms for if I did a full 12-month lease. Shortly after, I submitted my application and paid the $50 application fee, which I told was free. The next day I emailed her to clarify the exact leasing dates. In the email, she told me there must have been a misunderstanding because they only do 12-month leases, and if I wanted something shorter, I would have to pay a premium. I emailed her back and mentioned the conversation we had the previous day, to which she said I must have talked to someone other than her. I then called her the morning after, where her unprofessional and dishonest character showed. I simply told her I would like to cancel my application and would not like to proceed with the lease. She then asked why and I told her I didn't have a great experience; she again asked why and I told her I didn't feel like I got transparent information and that she was dishonest with me. Of course, she didn't understand how she was dishonest and said it must have been a miscommunication, to which I then explained the whole situation to her where she was constantly cutting me off and not letting me speak while saying she did not recall specific conversations we had. Since she wouldn't let me talk, I asked to talk to her manager over the property or the owner, and she told me she was the manager over the property, so again I asked to speak to her manager, and she told me they wouldn't want to talk to me. Later in the conversation, I asked to talk to her boss again, and she said she would write down my information. I asked for their number to call them directly, then she told me she didn't know who they are and I said, "you don't know who your boss is" then she told me she had someone waiting outside and hung up.

Every time something is wrong, they always show up and do their best to help. Shuttle driver came by and help with my bathroom because maintenance guy was out for a while. No complaints so far.

I literally love it here. This is the best student housing that I’ve ever toured. I plan on moving here in the summer. Mrs. Smith showed me the apartment and it so cute. FAU 2024 I can’t wait.

A healthy WARNING to those considering to stay in this place... Be very carefull to read the fine print in the contract. as one of the several clauses that may affect you is the HOLD OVER fee.... They will do everything possible to charge you a very expensive fee of $ 500 if you make any slight mistake. and Believe me they will haunt you for errors. As one of the many terrible reviews I have read. I have to coincide these people are "money hungry" and will do anything possible to get it from those vulnerable that unknownfully are willing to sign a contract with them. DO NOT get fooled by their possible diplomatic response they might add to this truthfull theft nightmare review about them. As mentioned above... they responded to this post in a light tone which might fool readers. But, If in need of an apt. go meet with them and take a look at all the fine print. Share this claim and others with them to see how they respond. YOu will make your own experience or judgement for sure. I hope you don't have the same horrible experience. cheers to renters. My experience living in Vie Villa has been nothing short of amazing thus far. I’ve been living here for over a month now and one thing I can say is that the staff really does come together in getting things done! From the property manager, Yvette, to the shuttle driver Mikey and even down to the security guard Ghazi!. The Vie Villa staff assists with all my problems and concerns promptly. I feel right at home!

My Sister lives in this community I’ve used the gym it’s very nice, has a lot of useful equipment and is always clean.

Vie villas is definitely more than just a residence: it’s an experience. An experience that I am grateful to have. At first, I thought living here would be similar to living on campus, as I attend FAU. But, it actually feels like home thanks to Ms.Yvette. She’s the most attentive and involved property manager anyone can ask for. She strives to bring a community filled with college students together. I would definitely recommend joining the vie villas family!!! 15/10!!!!

Yvette the office manager is extremely helpful on anything needed. She calls you immediately back and helps out with anything needed. 5 stars all the way!!

I love this place a lot because the shuttle service is fantastic and the maintenance is on top of everything. So, if anyone is looking for a place to live I highly recommend this place.

Vie Villas is an amazing place to stay. I joined the Vie Villas community back in 2018 and they have always worked with me to ensure that my stay was pleasant and always exceeded expectations. I loved communicating with the staff and they were always on time when it came to maintenance repairs. I truly have enjoyed my stay at Vie Villas and Johnny and Yvette are amazing people who always has exceeded expectations. I highly recommend that if you are searching for a place to stay, VIE VILLAS SHOULD BE YOUR #1 OPTION!!!!!!!

At the beginning of my lease I never received the apt even clean, If you are looking for privacy don’t move here, I always had problems with their lack of organization they grabbed my roomates personal things and moved it to another apartment without his consent, Bad management, they will go in the house just to find excuses to charge you a fine and if you are international they won’t care to try to work things out with you, they say they have the right to go in your house when ever they want, they will try to get your money from your deposit in any way possible not worth for the price of rent. If you think of moving here think twice.

Vie Villas is in a great location and the townhomes are well maintained. Our sons love the proximity to their schools and amenities. Perfect for college students. Yvette who is the General Manager deserves a raise! Our initial admin experience was not great which is the reason for the 4 star review, but once we got in touch with Yvette she made sure she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and get any outstanding administrative issues resolved. She is the reason for the 4 stars!

The new manager Yvette was very helpful in resolving the situation we had before moving into Vie Villas. She answered every e-mail and phone call. She truly is looking out for the tenants of the property. The location is great for FAU students.

I love it here at vie villas , Johnny the Maintenence guy is awesome and helps me anytime I need it ! Literally even when he’s off work , he’s constantly busting his butt to get things done and just over all a super cool guy! Thanks Johnny for all your hard work!

Johnny the maintenance guy is really great. Comes as soon as you put a work order in. He keeps this place running.

Johnny is one of the reasons I renewed! He is very helpful and quick about fixing anything that you need! He makes living here a good experience because he gets to know all of the residents and accommodates all their needs.

The houses are fine, the items break but the maintenance guy is super good and fixing them and being on track. The security personnel are really friendly and nice. Overall the facilities are ok but the people are nice.

A great community to live in overall! The staff and amenities are great especially Johnny. He is always out and will help you with anything you need!

A few hiccups when we first moved in, but the office team made an excellent recovery in getting things right and communicating effectively. This has been an excellent spot for our needs as we were in-between a long-distance move and needed a large townhome to rent during the pandemic. We are happy with the property, location and school system (albeit temporary) and easy access to all points Boca—we have recommended Vie Villas to other families in a similar situation as ours. Special attention must be made to Johnny and Mike who head up maintenance and transportation on property. Both of these gentlemen have gone above and beyond in assisting us with multiple questions, concerns, texts, etc., we are glad to have met them both and appreciate their help and hard work.

Johnny the maintenance guy is great. Placed a work order and he was here within the hour. Took him under 15 minutes to fix 3 things.

I've lived her for over a year and it's been wonderful. The manager helps find roommates that are compatible to live with. Moving here was a great decision!

Avoid this community by all means. They try to make you pay twice or triple (even quadrupled sometimes) for the utilities and when you ask for a proof, they don't send it to you. During the coronavirus quarantine, they say that you can pay later and after they charge you for late fees. All they are interested in is money, they don't care about their residents. They threaten you to demolish your credit score when you don't want to pay for something that you already paid for. Also, the prices are outrageous (1350$ + utilities of more than a 100$) to share a house with two other roommates. The house are full of mold and dusts. During the time that I was living there I had a lot of skin issues, spent so much money seeing dermatologists and buying skin treatments. When I moved to my new appartement in Miami, a week and a half later my skin was back to normal, I have no issues at all anymore (even if I still have some scars from my stay at Vie Villas). To conclude, avoid this place for your own well-being. It will save you from being depressed because of your skin appearance, from getting health issues, from being stressed because they threaten you to destroy your credit line, and from spending a lot of time and money (which are both valuable when you are a student) trying to defend yourself against their scams and their immorality.

An amazing group of people to work with! Everyone I have met with Vie Villas Boca Raton has been professional, polite and super friendly. Took a tour of the complex and was really impressed by how clean and comfortable it all is.

Vie Villas is a great option for students, especially those attending FAU. If you do not have a car, vie villas is within walking distance from FAU and has their own shuttle service (Perf for PBSC and Lynn). The newly redesigned gym and pool area is great.

As a mom of a student- I love how safe the community is.

My girlfriend lives here and I love helping her workout at the really nice workout facility. After meeting her and being introduced to the community, I might possibly move into my own apartment here. The workout facility is much nicer than the apartment I stay at in boca right now.

I enjoy living here. The people who work here, especially Johnny (maintenance guy) are really nice. However, there have been soo many problems with my unit since moving in. Johnny is always super fast to address our issues but I feel like no matter how many times things are fixed more things continue to break. Overall I think it’s nice but I wish the appliances in the units were better quality.
