Been living here for 3 years now, not a bad place. The gym is okay, and the coffee machine is nice. The bus stop during the school year is amazing, but sometimes the bike racks get full of old bikes that are clearly not being used, making it harder for me to park my own bike.

The maintenance team here is very goof they show up very quickly and solve any problem they can really fast. Nicholas especially has been great with the repairs we have needed in our apartment.

I have lived at University Trails for the past two years, and overall it has been a great experience. Maintenance has always been quick and efficient, which is especially helpful when issues come up with the AC or plumbing. My main complaint is that I wish there was more thought and intention put into the amenities. The gym is very small and honestly not very well maintained, so I wish there was more effort put into both the layout and the care of the equipment. Additionally, a pickleball court was added this past year, and although it is a nice addition, it feels like the court was designed without much understanding of how pickleball is actually played. In pickleball, players serve from behind the baseline, which is the farthest line from the net, but there is almost no space behind the baseline because a fence is directly there. This makes it difficult to properly gather and swing during a serve, forcing players to either serve awkwardly or alter the game entirely.

From someone who has lived in various places in CSTAT over the past 6 years, University Trails has been a huge step up compared to these places. Full transparency, there were issues for me upon moving in. But UTrails was very helpful in compensating and figuring out solutions. Shoutout to Ari and the rest of the awesome staff who have helped me out.
