Very calm and little apartment complex. The people here are good. The management and Rob are very generous. Whenever I encountered any issue, they solved it with great priority. The apartment area is neat and clean.

I was here for 2 years (2022-2024). It's a small, quiet complex, and you get one dedicated covered parking spot. Plenty of parking for 2nd car or visitor's car in front of all 4 buildings. I had a couple maintenance issues, and new owners were quick & responsive, getting the issues fixed promptly. They keep the pool and laundry areas clean, and they are working hard to get all units upgraded. Reasonable rates and a larger apartment than you would get at some other complexes for the same price.

Second Edit: They came and fixed our absolute workhorse of a dishwasher when it was making a worrisome noise. We put in a ticket I think late Monday night, and they were out here Wednesday afternoon. At any other complex, I'm pretty sure we'd get an eye roll and a shrug at a minimum of a month later for "dishwasher making a weird new noise," but they listened. Not gonna lie, I'm still mad about the surprise, but our lease was started by the previous owners, so I doubt they'd do it to people coming in on a fresh lease. First Edit: They just charged us a surprise extra $20 for rent without telling us they would. We haven't signed anything. They're trying to force us to sign a lease starting February 2022, when our original lease ends in the summer of 2022. I will gladly sign a lease if it starts as our previous lease ends, but I will not allow myself to be legally responsible for double rent. Because they charged us extra without warning, I no longer trust them. Original: I've been living here just over a year and the new management is excellent to work with! They're good people, and you can tell they care. The other day, my oven mysteriously quit working. My husband put in a work order late last night, and Rob and Evan were out with a WHOLE BRAND NEW OVEN in like barely half a day, I kid you not. Otherwise, this property is a great place to live because it has character. This complex was originally built around the mid 1960s, and has been updated along the way, while still keeping a lot of what makes it unique. My unit has an older dishwasher that has washed off burnt on cheese in one go. I love the vintage metal cabinets as well, and the stone breakfast bar and bathroom counter we have. If you're sick of living in a cardboard shoebox like most student housing is, this is definitely a great choice. The living space is enormous, and if I had friends, it would be great for entertaining lol. They've also been adding insulation and I couldn't be happier. Oh yeah, and the location is insane. I love cooking and this kitchen, but if you don't, we have a Double Dave's, a Whataburger, a Jack in the Box, a Jason's Deli, and a Panda Express all within less than like a quarter mile or something.
