Hi I just want to say a few things about this apartments 1 the manager which is ms povi is an amazing person when it comes down to any thing that needs to get adjusted in the apartments🙏🏾 good communication, well goin lady very sweet , thank you soo much ms Povii I really appreciate everything

Moved in a little while now and for sure the best place around affordable. Miss Alexander is the best management I've ever delt with and everything is always taken care of ASAP never any problems and always walking around and checking on stuff, very friendly, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything it to a T here and couldn't be happier. Thanks for the opportunity and look forward to the peace and quite yall provide !

Hi, I am a 82 year-old senior citizen and I just moved into University Square, Apartments in Tampa. Fl from Texas. The a new Property manager Provi. is outstanding she helped me with the application, and made sure that I understood everything as far with the rent and the utilities, she’s amazing. Provi seen that I have a hard time walking and help me with the ramp for my apartment. Amazing company thank you

Provi is so sweet and so helpful, the move in process was smooth and the unit is spacious, clean and she gave us a wonderful remodeled unit. We are so happy to have her as the manager here she truly made this experience great!!!
