I am a student at UCF, and I’ve lived here for 4 years, and this apartment complex has been nothing short of exceptional! They perform routine maintenance and monthly pest control checks, which keeps everything in great condition. There’s also a 24-hour emergency hotline that is very responsive whenever you need help. The property manager truly cares about the tenants and makes safety the #1 priority. The entire staff is friendly, understanding, and makes the community feel like a family. The complex is always clean, the rent is affordable, and the location is perfect—just minutes from the school. If you’re looking for a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to live, I highly recommend this apartment complex!

Living in UCF University Apartments for more than three years has given us some of our best memories in Orlando. It was very convenient for me while working at UCF, and the environment is excellent for families. The manager is very nice, friendly, and supportive, and whenever there is an issue, the maintenance team responds and fixes it quickly. We truly loved living here.

I highly recommend it to parents like me who choose to move to Orlando from Miami. Our manager, Eshrak, is very professional and truly cares about the residents. He is always kind, responsive, and helpful. The maintenance crew is excellent and quick to address any issues. Together, they create a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming community.

Lived here for a little over a year and had a good experience. The manager is very kind and always attentive to any problems we had and maintenance was always very quick. The rent is very reasonable and very close to UCF, making it perfect for students. The buildings are older and there are issues that come with that but I feel like everything else offsets that. We likely would have stayed longer if we could have.

The price was very affordable, the bedroom was spacious, and the full apartment layout offered far more room than I expected. The website truly doesn’t do these units justice — they’re even better in person. The maintenance team deserves major appreciation. During my first week, my toilet was flushing slowly, and they arrived three minutes after I called. I was shocked, especially since my previous apartment took days to respond to brown water. It was a huge relief to have even small issues addressed so quickly here. The management team is equally impressive. They foster a real sense of community, stay professional, keep residents updated on local events, and even help residents access free goods, free food, or opportunities to sell items and services. Their involvement genuinely makes the complex feel cared for. The only reason I moved out is because my family simply outgrew the space. If not for that, I would have stayed without hesitation.
