Disgusting and deplorable. Maintenance issues seems to can’t get fixed. Calling, putting in a work order are useless at this point. I regret having my kid in this place! DON'T MOVE HERE!

I have been living here for about a year now and honestly when Miss Sofie was here last year everything felt like it was going OK but it's like soon as we get a whole new management. Everything started going downhill. The office new manager is not nice. They're mean they don't say thank you. They make it seem like they better than you just because of the position they hold and that's not cool

Avoid this property. I have been without hot water for 3 months and my formal requests for repairs have been ignored. Now, I’m being told I will have to be charged an early lease-termination fee despite their own maintenance negligence. The lack of communication and care for residents' basic needs is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE. The people and staff may be nice and friendly HOWEVER do not let that fool you from the bigger picture . It is very very highly disgusting at this complex. I just moved here last month and I have found numerous of disgusting bugs including roaches. Never had roaches in my car when I moved out here there was a literal roach in my car. During my tour I pointed out a couple of things that needed to get fixed was told my unit was ready for move in sign my lease looked at the unit NONE of the things were fix, I pointed out mold in cabinets, carpet needed cleaning there’s literal stains from previous tenant that lived in the unit for 7 years, black gunk outside my door, my master bedroom bathroom has mold and they literally never cleaned it up. It’s just highly disgusting out here PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE

If I could give 0 stars I would! Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! The guy in the front office is a LIAR! Maintenance does not know how to fix anything. My AC and Toilet have been leaking for months! The AC does not even cool off the upstairs anymore! The guy in the front office has told me numerous times that he was gonna have an AC company and a plumbing company come out and fix the issues but that NEVER happens. Nobody answers the phone or emails so you can never get ahold of anyone! I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can leave! Whatever you do stay away from this place!!! It’s not worth the money that they charge in rent and all the apartments are falling apart! STAY AWAY!!
