I’ve been at The Yard since August of last year. The apartments come furnished and have recently been renovated. The recent additions of the gym and lounge have been very helpful. Management and maintenance also do a fantastic job at responding promptly to all problems and are very friendly as well. All roommates being on different leases and the utilities being a flat fee was very helpful in planning financially, and management is very transparent when it comes to these fees. I would definitely recommend The Yard to students looking for a good commute and good management!

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Yard University Apartments. The setup of the apartments is one of my favorite parts. It feels very functional and comfortable for student living. The atmosphere is also a big plus. It’s generally quiet and relaxed, which makes it easy to focus and unwind.
I especially love the outdoor feel of the property. It has a very open, outdoorsy vibe that makes it stand out from other student housing options. The addition of the lounge and gym is a great bonus. They’re convenient and add a lot to the overall living experience.
Overall, it’s a great place for students who want a more peaceful environment while still having access to solid amenities and a nice community feel.

Great location and nice amenities, the property managers are very responsive and kind. Expensive rent considering I’m in a bunk bed.

I lived in the yard last year and it was nice. The managers are really nice and I loved the free food events. I do wish that there was more parking and honestly it’s super expensive. But overall I really enjoy living here!
