The Woods of Killearn

I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet place to live. The grounds are well kept and very beautiful. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. I had moved out for a short while with a Friend and missed it so much here. I am now going back!

I recently had a tour and found this place to beautiful. Well maintained and full of amenities for residents enjoyment. I was very impressed with the dog yard which is such a nice touch for those of us with canine companions. Staff was professional, friendly and accommodating to all my questions. I would recommend anyone looking for a great place to live to check this place out.

I've lived at the Woods of Killearn for 18 years and we love it. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and clean. The apartments are professionally cleaned, painted and renovated each time a renter moves out. Management and maintenance are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. The owners are always upgrading and adding amenities for the residents.

Today I had the good fortune to check this rental community out with my friend. Kudos to Debbie Vanderveer, manager for her patience, courtesy, and professionalism. She showed us the apartment, the common area, clubhouse, pool and the grounds. Huge units, excellently maintained. Well done The Woods of Killearn. Highly recommended.

I’ve lived here for 18 years and am satisfied overall with the treatment we received as residents. Ms. Vanderveer was always quick at addressing our concerns/reports and did what she can to assist and still follow the apartment complex’s policies. She made sure to keep the complex clean, neat, and well taken care of. Most importantly, this neighborhood is SAFE. All of my kids grew up in this apartment and I want to emphasize that we never, ever, had any safety concerns. We appreciate Ms. Vanderveer and the office crew for taking care of us all these years.
