Really appreciate all the reviews. I should have checked these out before signing the lease. We selected the Park because of its location. My wife and I just moved in 3 days ago. As in some of the reviews, the Park is nice - landscape, quiet, no smoke smell, etc. Unfortunately, our unit is substandard for this price range. On the first day, we saw a big cockroach running out from underneath the oven! inside oven still has food stains, dishwasher has rust inside, washer has mold inside, bathrooms with stains and mold, dust in ventilation, paint stains on floor, mold in cabinets, etc. Seems like all the appliances are original 15-16 yrs old. At this time, most concerned about sanity and health. We couldnt use the oven nor the dishwasher as we afraid for our health. We reported all the issues to the office (see some of the attached pics). So far, they are responsive and promised that they will address the issues (Tabitha assistant property mgr has been very good in following up). I will share and provide rating later. Stay tuned. April 14 just an update. We are pleased with Tracy and staff for listening and providing solution that is amicable and professional Really appreciate their effort.
