I have had such a great experience living in this apartment complex! A huge shoutout to Bieryn, who has been absolutely amazing. Every time I need assistance, Bieryn is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely nice. It is so rare to find management and staff who care this much about their residents.
If you are looking for a place that is well-maintained and has a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend moving here!

In most aspects, you get what you pay for. Moving from northgate to here, everything is a bet older and a bit more worn down, but my rent is also a grand cheaper. Maintenance has never been a problem for my roommates or I, and everything’s been acceptably clean. Amenities are fine, although it seems like the renovations are really gonna improve my opinion there. My only major complaint is that we have the WORST SPEED BUMPS in all of college station, and I have genuinely scraped my bumper going 3 miles per hour. The best part of my experience at the London has been Bieryn! From touring me, to walking me through the leasing process, she’s an angel. She’s a clear and concise communicator, and I have no doubt she’s wonderful for morale amongst the leasing team. What can’t this woman do?

The staff at the London are always very professional and kind when I have questions. The main staff member I talked to, Bieryn, consistently exceeded my expectations when it came to professionalism. Overall the communication from the London team is wonderful.
