Beautiful apartments well maintain grounds close to everything in tallahassee have a real nice pool for its residents

This apartment complex is amazing. The manager of the property is down to earth and seems to really care about the residents. He think of everything from light bulbs to filters to little screens that go in the sink to collect trash. He is friendly and so kind. Maintenance is wonderful and efficient. The apartments are beautiful and Lake Ella is in our backyard. Great location. Publix, CVS, circle k, midtown are all in walking distance. This is my favorite apartment complex I have ever lived in.

My ac has been broken for 5 days now, everyday I call someone is supposedly being sent out to fix it. I would love to open my windows during this time since it’s 80 damn degrees in my apartment but they haven’t replaced the screens on my windows I requested to be replace over 6 months ago. Oh also there’s bats so no way I’m opening my windows without screens because they will come in, I’ve actually found two bats in the apartment and my sister has had on living in her walls for months that they refuse to do anything about. Don’t move here.

Great place to live!! Very quiet and with friendly people. Gary, the manager, is very friendly and professional. The place was clean, painted and the carpets seemed new. What I loved about the apartment carpet was only on the stairs and bedrooms. When you first walk in the ceiling is very high in the living room dining room area. I was kind of worried about the electric. I got my first bill, I was happy to see it wasn’t bad at all. It’s pretty much all updated. We have a two bedroom but, they have 1,2 3 bedrooms. We love living here! We've been here for three months and haven’t seen a bug yet. It has been nine months, so I'm updating you. We still love it. It's so quiet. Due to the cement slab walls, you can not hear anybody on both sides. The three bedrooms come with a washer and dryer. The laundry room is near the pool. It’s three apartments away, so it’s not bad at all. My lease expires in May, but will stay with this company. They have two other lovely buildings on Meridian Rd, London Town, and the Steeple Club. Have lived here nearly two years now. Gary in the office is wonderful! The apartments themselves are old so have some expected wear and tear but everything is clean and functional. Our A/C was very old when we first moved in and not working great and they replaced it without issue. Maintenance is very quick and responsive. Very rare bugs (this is Florida after all) and have always felt safe walking my dog alone at night
