The Cottages at Capital Circle

We moved in a month ago! I absolutely love it. Super quite! (I didn’t even know they were mowing lawn till I walked outside). Unit is spacious and love having my own garage! We’ll maintain and property management is excellent! Pam Powers has been so helpful making move in smoothly! Roy Ramirez (Maintence) has been so patient with all my questions. This place is such a wonderful gem in Tallahassee!

The reviews are fake bc they ask us to put a positive review for them to help out; I had a positive review but I take it back. The management is poor and unorganized. I know it’s a new neighborhood but they shouldn’t advertise things online when they cannot meet the criteria. Seems to me they do not give that much care to their future tenants or current tenants and just looking for who has money and who they can move in faster. I had to point out a lot of errors to be corrected as well and the response start moving slower after signing up. I am regretting this.

Moving can be stressful, but the team at The Cottages at Capital Circle made the entire experience so easy! From my first tour to signing my lease, everything was handled professionally and with kindness. A special thank you to Pam and Zoya for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly patient, responsive, and truly cared. Their positive attitudes and exceptional customer service made all the difference. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept, and I can’t wait to officially call it home. If you’re looking for a place with an amazing staff and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend The Cottages at Capital Circle!
