I recently toured this apartment complex with my daughter who is looking for off campus housing. Regardless of the decent apartments, the staff has left me at a loss for words. Our tour guide, Emilie, mentioned her outrageously loud neighbors and the parties that occur here - She may have been trying to sell the complex as a fun place to live but she did the opposite. By walking around the pool area, I saw extreme amounts of drinking/smoking and rowdy behavior that just gets accepted. As a mum I couldn't leave my kid here. Along with our tour guide mentioning her personal living space, when we had entered the Leasing Office, she was too busy discussing other residents in a distasteful way to greet us immediately. I believe management has some work to be done with their staff and residents before they trap more students in here.

The Nine is amazingly beautiful!! For college students as well as regular guests, Hands down the best apartment - up to date, quality and definitely brand new. Mya Graham gave an excellent tour. She was very informational, answered all questions, and was knowledgeable about the property, the rooms and etc.
