Had an appointment to check out the apartments to potentially lease one out at 9 AM. Their office apparently opens at 8:30 AM, yet waiting there until 10 AM was not enough time for literally ANYONE working there to show up, not to mention no one picked up the numerous phone calls I attempted. Even people who actively lived in the apartment complex were stuck waiting outside of the leasing office because no one was there when they were supposed to be. Horrible experience and very dissapointing :/
