Tiffany has a horrible attitude towards people. Lack communication skills and Is bad for business all around. Someone like her in the front office answering phones and collecting documents is bad for any business. Zero 🌟

Since the very beginning their customer service for owners has been unhelpful, rude and unresponsive. They rarely answer the phone, they do not return emails or phone calls and they provide misinformation. UPDATE: They need to be investigated at this point. I’ll be taking my time to report them to the national housing authority and any other agencies that govern or influence them today. They decided to update software during the owner’s pay window (I don’t know who thought that was a bright idea). They, didn’t notify anyone. I had to find out by not being paid which led me to call them. They have an error on my account because of the system malfunction that says I have a failed inspection but there is no inspection. They can’t get into their software to rectify it but it’s 2024 and we’re still poorly planning software updates? Why would you plan a software update during a time when people’s rent need to be paid and owners depend on that income? This is my business. It takes 5-6 calls for me to get someone on the phone and I still never get a straight answer because they don’t even know what’s going on themselves.

Today while visiting the Tallahassee housing authority. I had the worst experience I've ever had in my life there. The reception is miss Tiffany. She made me feel as if I was beneath her Or low in standards due to the fact that I was using the housing authority for references. She told me that if I were you I wouldn't turn those papers in if you're going to buy a house and I asked her What are you saying you want for me to buck the system? And she was like well.Throughout the conversation she was very confrontational and word for word she got very aggressive infront of other clients nearly breaking the door as she exited as if she wanted to fight. She also accused me of lying about not having foodstamps. If this is the face of tallahassee housing authority she is rude and very unprofessional.

This is a great opportunity for people to have housing that are very low-income. I know a person in jackson county that how's it and it's great. Recently there was renovations done to the housing which is really good. The worker should not be able to adjust the temperature or Turn the unit on the housing unit causing it to run an electric. Bill To more than double of the person's usual bill. The workers turn the unit on A low, low, cool temperature setting.. And left it on. The person was at family members did not want to be there while the work was being done. Returning home and finding the cooling unit on a very low low temperature. The workers should not be allowed to adjust the temperature to that low and should not have left the unit running after they finished the job. This caused the person's electric bill... be more than double I just wanted the main office and the housing authority to know this Thank you. I hope this goes out to all locations. In order For these low-income, people not to have this extra expense again.
