Signed a new lease which is not normal for me. I really like living here it’s so quiet, only four apartments to a building there me. They keep it very nice. Decent size apartments with reasonable rent. We have Whole Foods next Street over Publix right down the street not even 2 miles Winn-Dixie. I’m just guessing here maybe 3 miles or 4 miles. I am Raven. Just tell them you seen my post. No, I do not work here lol I just really like the place. We have a pool! Raven

Absolute gem of an apartment complex in Tallahassee. Over 6 years I've rented from 5 different places (apartments, townhome, house), and steeple club is by far the best place I've lived, I wish I would've found it sooner. Cathy the property manager is kind, helpful, and responds quickly. Maintenance is also quick to respond, although I never had to call them for a repair because the appliances/HVAC always worked, but I would call for air filter replacements. Appliances are up to date, the interiors have been renovated and are stylish. These are very spacious apartments for the price and location. They are also well built, not cheap like you see in apartments built nowadays. I lived on the first floor and rarely heard my neighbor upstairs or next door. Friendly neighbors who are typically longterm renters. Neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful of one another. Maintenance and ground crew keep the grounds well maintained. The pool area is always working and never dirty. This is one of the only places I've lived where pests were never a problem, thankful for that monthly pest control!!! My only complaint is there was mold//mildew in the ceilings/walls of my bathroom and closet area (two areas were connected). This is very common for all properties in Tallahassee and Florida, especially in the summer months. As part of the lease you can request to have air filters changed ones a month. Within a week of moving in maintenance gave me bleach spray after they treated the few spots I saw on move in, and I kept a de-humidifier running in bathroom/closet which helped tremendously. Again maintenance and Cathy quickly responded with solutions to my concerns so in the longterm it wasn't a problem. Even with this I would highly recommend living at steeple club.

Moved from the Loft at lake Ella to there other property not even a mile away due to The Loft had stairs going up to one bedroom and then down to the other bedroom with me having an injury is hard so after my lease, I move to their other property steeple club Apts right on Meridian, which is very nice. Also, I love it because they have a washer and dryer. The lock has a laundromat right there, but I like having the washer and dryer in my apt. Both properties are very quiet and people are nice. Only has four apartments in the building management in both places are wonderful and the price is right. We have a pool and it’s pretty quiet. People are very respectful and friendly.
