I visit the office with my friend who lives here and I think itβs disgusting how the General Manager always flirts with her when sheβs 19 and he looks about 35.

I love living here and always have a very easy time getting packages. Emi in the front office is always in a great mood and ready to help.

Statehouse Gaines is a really great place to live. Itβs super beautiful inside and always feels clean and welcoming. The staff are honestly one of the best parts, theyβre all extremely nice and actually take the time to work with residents on a personal level. They truly care about making sure everyone feels comfortable, heard, and supported, which makes such a big difference. Whenever you need help or have a question, theyβre always willing to help and make the process easy. Overall, living at Statehouse Gaines feels less stressful and more like being part of a community rather than just an apartment building.

I live here and pay around 1500 a month including utilities. The elevator situation is unacceptable. Over half the time the elevator on the West side of the building is broken. The building manager refuses to do anything, I had a friend talk to him and he said itβs cheaper to fix it every week or so and have it break a day later than to figure out the issue. Ridiculous. Iβll be encouraging my friends to raise the issue, and look into renting elsewhere.

This young man named Mathew Kahn is a great worker, has been very helpful since day one. Definitely recommend Facehouse over anywhere else.
