The pool has been closed for 2 months due to “construction renovations” along with the entire area of all outdoor amenities. I look outside my balcony every morning and not a thing has been done to “renovate” the pool in the last 2 months. I walked into the leasing office today to ask about the pool and was met with an extremely rude attitude from the girl working it. She refused to disclose anything regarding the situation. The only thing she said was “you are more than welcome to use the grill and pool at Urban”, and when I asked her about a timeline for anything to be ready she said “it should be available by peak season”. I asked further what that means and she refused to disclose anything else beyond that and said there is no timeline. The entire interaction was concerning and frustrating and this situation is ridiculous. Seeing absolutely no progress on the pool for 2 months and being told there is no timeline for anything is completely unacceptable as a resident who pays an extreme amount of money to live there specifically for the amenities provided. Along with that, they decided to change the perfectly good WiFi over winter break with a comparatively much worse service. When inquiring about that to the front office they also dodged any reasoning behind it and told me if there was any issues with the WiFi that I should contact the number written on the router. I unfortunately signed for another year and have been completely unimpressed since the start of the spring semester.

I’ve lived at Stadium Enclave for a bit now, and I wanted to leave a review because the managers really took care of this situation. A couple days ago, my dishwasher started leaking. I submitted a maintenance request expecting it to take a few days, but Mya, Maddy, and the maintenance team were on it fast. Stadium Enclave has been reliable and attentive. I really appreciate how the management team handles this for me.

Came for the fall fest market. The setup was nice, the vendors were solid, and everything was really organized. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole event feel even better. Definitely left with a good impression of this apartment..

Please do not live here, I am begging you. I’ve lived at Enclave for three years, and everything was fine until the new management took over. When we returned in the fall after the summer, our entire apartment was covered in mold, and management claimed it wasn’t their problem bc “it was the previous managements fault”. A few weeks later, they called to say we had to relocate with no explanation and no notice. They first placed us in a filthy apartment with a bunch of frat guys, and we had to beg to be moved. They then put us in a model unit with a broken washer and dryer, and it’s been almost a month with still no repairs. We also have no privacy because tours happen at any time Monday through Friday. They refused to give us an empty apartment or hotel while we waited to be relocated, saying it would only take 2–3 weeks. It’s now been over a month, and the excuse is that they “don’t have the permits yet.” Why would they relocate us before getting the permits? That’s terrible planning. They do not care about residents — all they want is your money. Every morning, they move my belongings around, and I was even late to multiple tests because they hid my wallet and keys. The old management was chill and understanding; we never had issues until the new team took over and completely ruined my senior year. Don’t let them gaslight you into thinking it’s the old management’s fault — it’s not. They also raised parking prices for no reason and there’s a bunch of unnecessary charges they added this year which has costed me tons of money. And don’t even get me started on the roach problem — it’s disgusting and clearly an infestation. It is very sad I have to write this review because I used to love this apartment complex so much before the new management and I have many friends who work for them but enough is enough. If you don’t want to deal with greedy managers, zero communication, and constant stress, stay far away from Enclave

Zero stars if I could. This place is not worth the price at all. Winter Break, ceiling caved in which is a massive saftey issue. Important to note that there was NO communication about this happening until I called the office asking why there was a maintenance request. How does that happen thank god no one was home. Water leaks through window sill during a storm. Window sill smells heavily of mold. Parking went up without announcements of it. Expected around 35 dollars for general parking or however much it was. General and Reserved parking in turn was removed and parking is now 90 dollars flat ON TOP OF the 1400 rent + utilities for a 2x2 that is due each month. By the way, I was told utilities will range from 25-50 dollars but it has ALWAYS been 50+. Even when no one is home. You are WAY BETTER looking for different places then this apartment which are a FRACTION of the price but around the same quality. It only looks nice on the surface level. I had resigned my lease in November - before a lot of the major problems (ceiling collapsing, trash disposal not working even after being serviced, raised parking prices, bathroom sink leaking and soaking the floor) occured and deeply regret it. Important to add management is COMPLETE AND UTTER GARBAGE!!!! PLEASE, save your money and RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
