Great experience living here for 9 months. My first time living in an apartment. Great amenities, Great staff always willing to help. Receiving maintenance is no problem, fixed within 1-2 days. Overall great experience, special shoutout to Noah and Ariel! Best staff ever! :)

The people are always so nice, maintenance is quick, and the amenities are great. My only downside was that our dryer broke often however maintenance was always quick about it and kind.

If you're reading this, do not sign a lease at this complex. The showers are disgusting and prone to mold buildup. The study rooms are consistently dirty and appear to be rarely cleaned. The leasing office staff have been extremely unhelpful and rude in my experience. Whenever I go to pick up packages, they often seem disengaged and unwilling to assist. A couple of months ago, I had an issue with my roommates and went to the leasing office for help, but nothing was done. I also sent multiple follow-up emails that were never answered. The apartment walls are very thin, so you can easily hear neighbors and people in the hallways. Overall, my experience here has been disappointing, and I would not recommend living at this complex.
