I have several kids that have/are attending FSU, and this little community is perfect for my daughter. It's super clean -- unlike others I have seen.. and the location is right across from FSU. One thing you have to realize about Tallahassee is that there is a homeless crises. You HAVE to be smart and lock your doors NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE AT. My daughter has felt nothing but safe here. We have renewed for next year! We've come to love this company because my other kids live at some other communities that this company owns. They are great with communication, consistency, and we love it there!! GO NOLES!!!!!

saga is great for the location to campus, spacious apartments, and nice amenities. i love the maintenance team, especially Troy is wonderful and they are always fast to respond to concerns inside apartments. however, i’ve lived here two years and will not be renewing my lease. especially in the last year, safety concerns are ignored and blown off by management. the gates to the parking lot are broken and they don’t bring anyone out there to fix it, meaning pedestrians can walk right in, and bordering frenchtown (we can hear gunshots pretty frequently from the neighborhood behind us) this is not safe. a girl was chased to her car the other day! random people sleep in the stairwells and dumpster dive. they claim to value their property’s cleanliness, but trash is constantly left in the hallways and leaking. maintenance team isn’t here on the weekends meaning the hallways STINK all weekend when residents don’t clean up after themselves, and instead of fining them like management claims to, they instead will fine you if you leave a trash bag next to the dumpster when it is OVERFLOWING with trash. the residents are in a group chat together and we are the ones essentially yelling at people to clean up after themselves bc management won’t. honestly i wouldn’t recommend if you’re concerned about safety and cleanliness, which most young students are. they just started fixing the pedestrian gates today, after tons of us called and emailed and complained at the same time because of the girl who was chased to her car by a random guy. so they could have gotten them fixed a long time ago, it just was not a concern of theirs. instead, they prioritize yeti cooler and ipad giveaways with the budget instead of keeping us safe. i don’t want to live somewhere that doesn’t prioritize that and only takes action when residents and their guarantors get angry. management NEEDS to do better. EDIT: although they responded here, none of us residents have received replies to our emails sent last week yet. what that screams to me is saga cares more about their google reviews for future prospective residents than the safety of the residents who are currently living there. once you sign your lease who cares about us and our emails! also, the pedestrian gate is still wide open to the public, once again, disappointing and i am relieved i didn’t resign.

I love living here and it’s close to campus. Compared to what I have heard from my friends and other people that live in other apt complexes, my experience living here has been smooth. My favorite person here is Troy from maintenance, he is the best!!! He’s the sweetest person that always says hi in the hallways and makes sure my roommates and I are always taken care of. He truly cares about the residents and has made the overall experience better. I definitely recommend Saga!

The location is perfect—super close to campus, making it easy to get to class without the hassle of finding parking. The amenities are great and the building is well-kept. Shoutout to Troy —he is truly the best! He’s always so friendly, quick to respond, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. No matter the issue, he’s on top of it, and he genuinely cares about the residents. If you’re looking for a great place to live near campus with an amazing team, I highly recommend Saga.

Saga (formerly known as Younion) is one of the nicest student apartments in Tallahassee. Closely located to the north side of the campus, makes it perfect for students in business and sciences. Every building is within 5-15 minutes walk. It’s right next to the tunnel which makes it easier to cross Tennessee street. I’ve never felt myself unsafe in the area. Great stuff and amazing maintenance team. Property is always clean and well kept. It’s pricey comparing to other complexes, but you get a building with no mold issues, clean and safe territory, gym, study rooms, and convenient location. For anyone signing, I would recommend getting a parking spot since they might run out of space later on. I’m in 2x2 with a pool view and it’s pretty awesome.
