Alena was absolutely Epic. From the first moment I spoke with her she put me at ease and helped me get a place to live when I thought I didn't have a chance. Her and all staff involved communicated with me day to day until I was finally accepted. I had a positive experience and would encourage anyone to stop by and meet the friendly staff and see what magic they can do for you. Although I didn't get an apartment at the Renaissance, I did. However, an apartment at a sister complex where the staff there was just amazing. And they communicated with each other and facilitated everything. Big Thanks to everyone involved!!

I absolutely Love this place!! The location and convenience makes it a Big Plus. And to put the Iceing on the Cake,The two amazing ladies in the office helped me through the entire process. Ms.Alena and Ms.Lauren you ladies are Awesome and I want to personally say thank you for making me and my familys move as smooth as possible. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to call Home.

I toured the apartment and honestly had a really great experience. Alena was incredibly welcoming from the start and made the whole visit feel comfortable and easy, which I don’t always get when dealing with leasing offices. She was very kind, patient, and genuinely understanding, and it stood out to me because I haven’t had many experiences like that before. She also explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made the application process feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, it felt more like talking to someone who actually cared rather than just going through the usual leasing process.
