Maintenance man walked into my private bedroom without knocking or announcing himself in any way. Highly innappropriate and disturbing behavior for a much older male employee to feel comfortable just walking into a young woman's private bedroom unnannounced.

This was my second year living at quantum (different units) and this time around was just horrible. I was woken up almost every single day between the hours of 3 and 5 am by the dumpsters being emptied out. Office said there was nothing they could do about it. Walls are incredibly thin as well, so between the hallway noise and dumpsters, I did not get a single lick of sleep. Very agonizing when you’re really trying to do well at school. Not to mention there was a shooting (with a casualty) in the parking garage. Nothing was done about it except for an email from management. Maintenance guys are creepy, rude, and don’t do their jobs well either. For the price you are paying to live here, it is absolutely not worth it, despite its proximity to campus.

Pt 2/2 Review On May 23rd 2025 and May 24th 2026 there were shootings just outside of our buildings and nothing was done about them by our apartment just emails stating nothing happened essentially. The shooting on May 24th occurred in the parking garage, WHERE A MAJORITY OF THE RESIDENTS PARK THEIR VEHICLES. Email included of their response. During our time living there the maintenance began pretty good and deteriorated after the main maintenance guy left last summer and was replaced. These gentlemen would mark jobs as complete that they would not complete. They would yell at residents for walking on the rocks. Chase down people in the parking lot for temporarily parking with hazards on while waiting for someone and tell them to park in peoples RESERVED spots. The office would also randomly close early without notice or tell us they were closing the next day at 5pm. When packages were delivered you would have to wait hours - days for it to be inputted into the system and if you tried to pick it up early they would yell at you. The manager has changed 3 times since us moving in in August of 2025. Example email included. Do not live here, it is not worth the $1350 for the 1x1 in a 2x2, live farther away for less money and save yourself. It is not worth it to live close.

I have the pleasure this morning of speaking Amanda she was absolutely amazing. I had so many questions regarding my current lease and student who lives there and my new student who will be attending college She was so helpful so kind. So patient very informative, which reassured me that I know I made the right decision with my daughter moving there . I appreciate it so much. Her courtesy and reassurance, in letting me know that if I ever had any worry or safety concerns that the office staff is there an extremely supportive. My daughter came home for the summer. And we are 4 1/2 hours away and I had so many questions. She reassured me as well as followed up with any of my concerns. Thank you so much Amanda
