Plantations at Pine Lake

Monica heard and understood my concerns and accommodated me so well, I appreciate the care she has for others! Pretty place, but unresponsive community staff :/ , been left in the dark regarding my application for a while now

The three gentlemen on the maintenance staff here are the most well rounded, efficient and kind people I’ve ever come across. They are so diligent when it comes to work orders. My AC water line busted and they came out within the hour to fix it. The staff here in general are honestly amazing. The best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Acasa Plantations! From the very beginning, Monica has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful—answering all of my (many!) questions without ever making me feel like a bother. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly, including the maintenance staff I met today, who was just as pleasant and welcoming. After touring countless apartments, this one was by far my favorite. The location is perfect, the cost is reasonable, and the aesthetics are absolutely gorgeous. I’m in a 2x2 and I’m obsessed with how beautiful and well-designed it is. I truly feel at home here, and I’m so glad I chose Acasa Plantations!

I am so glad I was able to find this place in my apartment search! It has been nothing but an enjoyable experience from the start. Monica was so helpful and accommodating with answering any questions I had, making tours happen, and all around great customer service. After coming from other apartment complexes that tried to make me pay fees to see the actual unit I would be renting, I was so grateful that Monica not only showed me the model unit, but both units that were available. I appreciate the fact that this place is sort of tucked away and quiet despite being right next to the interstate. I've only lived here for a couple of weeks now but after realizing there was a problem with my AC, the maintenance wasted no time in getting someone out here to help fix the problem. If I had to mention a con about this place, it would be that the base rent is advertised online but once you come to tour a unit, you are made aware of the other fees that are not included. If there was someway to advertise those fees on the website, I think it would make it easier for those trying to stay within a budget. Other than that, this place and the staff here are amazing!

My air conditioner broke in July and they didn’t fix it for three weeks or even cut my rent a cent after I asked. My husband and I had to live in a 95° apartment and all they gave us was a fan. Also if you try to make a repair or ask any questions in general no one will answer you. Many times, they cut off my buildings water for hours at a time with no warning to any of the residents. So if you want to live in a constantly broken apartment and get treated worse than livestock by the staff then go ahead and rent away. P.s. this pool is never clean
