Jefferson Arms was awful. I was terrorized by German cockroaches from the day I moved in until the day I left. I personally found maintenance to be unhelpful and they would never fix problems, just band-aid them. Lastly, this isn't really the fault of management, but the nearby fraternity houses and clubs would often be so loud my apartment would shake, not to mention they would often party into the early hours of the morning in the middle of the week. I could not recommend this place any less, unless you want to hate going home every night, I would choose something besides any Phoenix South properties in Tallahassee.

I love it here. I enjoy spending time at the pool with friends. The office and maintenance staff are super kind. It is a bit noisy with the club nearby, but that comes with living in the college city. I love that it is walkable to FSU. There is a place to walk your dogs where they have a poop bag dispenser and trashcan. Very pet friendly

college plaza is literally one of THE WORST! places to live, the building is infested with roaches, upon move in my unit wasn’t fully cleaned, they’re were old fries and chicken bones as well as Tupperware behind and on the sides of the stove! very very noisy area, the FRAT houses are right next to the building so you literally can hear EVERYTHING! i would not recommend if you like peace and quiet.

UPDATE: It had been a great experience until they forced us to pay for completely redoing the carpets despite having lived there long enough that they needed to replace them anyways. The move out was such a disappointment after such a great experience. PREVIOUS: This has been the best renting experience I've ever had. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately and the office staff are professional and responsive. I highly recommend them!
