I was extremely pleased with leasing staff, more specifically yael. she is awesome, answered all of my questions, and gave me the best tour possible of the facilities. 10/10 recommend. thank you yael!

We’re so excited that my daughter will be moving into Perla Apartments in Tallahassee next year! From the start, I was impressed with their website and how easy it was to see the floor plans, amenities, and overall vibe. The staff was so patient and thorough, even walking me through construction progress so I knew everything would be ready on time. I love that she’ll have an enormous pool, incredible fitness centers, safe spaces for rideshares and deliveries, and ample parking all the way up to her seventh-floor unit. Add in the balcony view by Doak Campbell Stadium, smooth leasing process, and fun Perla gear—we couldn’t be happier with our choice!

We just signed for Fall for our daughter with a group of her friends. Nia and Maddie have been so fantastic to work with, answering all of our questions and making us feel so welcome.
