The recent five star reviews are after people have viewed the apartments, not actually lived in them. Management was hard to get in contact with throughout the process and when you did reach someone they were rude.

Trisha and Angie were very good to me when I went to see the apartment. The moving process was easy because of them. I recommend this place to anybody. Very good customer service thank you guys.

Ms. Angie was amazing. I'm leaving a review without even applying as yet, so that should tell you that I'm being unbiased. She went right into explaining and answering the questions that I actual practice so I don't forget to ask. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious enough without being too big. The unit I viewed was newly renovated it seems. It has beautiful flooring and new appliances. It has good water pressure in the sinks and toiletwhen flushed. If you are looking somewhere to rent, take a look here, it is worth it. I love thst the apartment you are interested in renting is the one you get to tour. Make your own decision, based on your own viewing. Don't disregard other persons experiences and reviews, but make your own informed opinion by seeing for yourself.

This had been a horrible rental experience. The washer and dryer I paid for wasn't here when I moved in. I was told daily after that, that it would be installed. It finally was a week later. I was told the fee would be waived for the inconvenience and it never was. My air conditioner fan blows warm humid air nonstop. I put a work order in for this over a month ago. Every week it's been promised it will be fixed with no results. My electric bill has been twice what it should be. I advise you to rent somewhere else. Lots of promises have been made with no follow-through. These piles of trash have been here for weeks.
