I’ve had such a great experience living at Monarch! The leasing office staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything I need. The entire community is kept so clean and well maintained, which really makes it a comfortable living environment. The amenities at Monarch are fantastic—from the gym and pool to the shared spaces and study rooms, everything is modern, convenient, and always in great condition. They work with friendliness and a positive attitude that really stands out. Issues are handled quickly and professionally. The common areas of the building are spectacular and SUPER modern. The apartments are luxurious, with modern finishes, and are very well designed. You can see the quality in every detail. Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied. As a mother, I especially want to recommend Monarch to parents whose children are coming to Gainesville to study at the university. Here, they will find a place where their kids can feel as close as possible to being at home. And as parents, we always want the very best for our children without a doubt, Monarch is the right place for them.

One of the most frustrating parts about living here is how badly the management treats residents. The conditions are already bad: flooding apartments, mold in closets, roaches, and even opossums inside the building ?! (Look at review photos) The pool is constantly dirty or closed, and don't even think about going after hours. Steph may make it her personal mission to find you and fine you! Basic amenities are neglected and there's always a power outage. But when people leave honest reviews, management responds by being dismissive and condescending rather than fixing any issues.
