Mission Overlook

$1,595.00 is the monthly rent for a 3bd and 3bath unit. All rooms are toooooo smaaaall for the price. Although it is comfortable and quiet. The walls 🧱 paper thin. I can hear what people are saying next door 🚪🙄. Keep in mind. Other rentals could be higher or lower. Their are different rental agents representing the different condo owners. Saw a neighbor car window 🪟 broken out. I am sure it is a need for concern 😟 I've gotten the access code to the gym and pool. Nothing alluring about the gym. The high rent and high security deposit. Will make this place a 2 year stay....

The ownership of Mission Overlook has just changed and they are local and kind. They are now run by Pickte and Sons. They sold Village Trace Apartments down the road a bit and acquired this nice place. They recently put a $40.00 (pool/gym) fee on to the rent but I must say the pool and even the gym are worth it. The gym is kind of small but the elliptical, recumbant and regular Bikes work well. The regular bike needs to have the cord on it fixed where it plugs into the bike but that machine gets internet and plays videos and all. The treadmill is just that, a treadmill. It is a big spacious one though. It is cool in the gym in summerr and warm in the winter. I clean up around the pool to just make sure it remains in top top shape and I speak to the pool cleaners all the time and they do an outstanding job. It is a clean place and quiet most all the time. Check it out. Good for college kids, working class and even seniors.
