The office staff is very friendly and made our moving process easy and quick. Special thanks to Nordin for being so helpful, professional, and always willing to assist. The complex is clean, well maintained, and the maintenance team does a great job. The community offers fun family-friendly events, and the location is excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and just a short drive to the beach. If you’re looking for an affordable, quiet, family-friendly place, Millennium Apartments is a great choice.

We lived here for 3 years. The folks who worked here were always kind and answered our questions and stuff when we needed things. They always took care of our service requests quickly. And there really weren't that many things we needed anyway, so that worked out pretty nice. First couple of months we had ants but I guess after a while the exterminators fixed it. We didn't request a fix, slowly the ants just kinda stopped coming so we figured they just locked down a good strategy for grounds keeping, Idk. Anyway, they did events and stuff pretty frequently and had food trucks come once in a while, and that was nice. I don't really know what else to say, I lived there and I liked it and it wasn't perfect, but where is? 5 stars because the ladies who worked in the office seemed to care. And idk, you don't always see that in apartment living nowadays, so that was nice you know?

I do not recommend living here. Hallways lined with rodent feces, noisy neighbors, overpriced for what you get, unhelpful management and maintenance men, the list goes on. List of things that the staff lied about: - Lie: “Apartments are PROFESSIONALLY cleaned between tenants.” Truth: The maintenance men clean the apartments between tenants, and they are FAR from professionals at cleaning. I know this because I saw the maintenance men cleaning my neighbor's apartment, and they were in for no more than 30 minutes. All I saw them do was clean the floors, which explains why my apartment was so dirty when I got it. The apartment did not smell clean when I moved in either. - Lie: “Washing machines are cleaned between tenants.” Truth: The Kenmore washing machine provided was never cleaned before move-in. What they gave me was disgusting; there was still pet hair and this yellow substance all over the washing machine. The Kenmore washing machine was old and barely worked. Additionally, the dishwasher was never cleaned and smelled disgusting. - Lie: “Carpets in bedrooms are REPLACED between tenants.” Truth: The carpets are not replaced between tenants. The carpet felt disgusting when I moved in, and the whole bedroom smelled bad due to the old carpet. Rodent feces all over the hallways: There were rodent feces all over the hallways during my entire time living there. When I made a complaint about it to management, they responded by saying pest control comes once a month to take care of it (lie). Even after my complaint, no one made an effort to clean it up. Disgusting. Issues with maintenance men: - Within a week of living here, my dryer started to let out a burning smell. We called maintenance to find out that they never cleaned out all the built-up lint in the back of the dryer between tenants. You know, the appliances that we were told would be “professionally cleaned”. - A few months later, we reported that our dryer was not properly drying our clothes. One of the guys from the other report came by (I mention this because management knows that this particular guy is notorious for not doing his job properly). The maintenance guy told us that “your dryer is working fine, stop drying so many sweatshirts at a time”. We weren’t putting any bulky items in the dryer at that point. It took over 2 hours to dry socks, underwear, and a few t-shirts. All he did was press the start button… which wasn’t the issue we reported. We reported that our dryer was taking too long to dry, not that it wasn’t starting. The maintenance man told us that he wasn’t going to help us further because he had to go pick his daughter up from school. I had to call the office and report that the guy did nothing. They sent another maintenance guy to address the issue, and he saw that the dryer duct was completely crushed because the dryer does not have enough room in the closet. Extremely thin walls & no action to noise complaints (not ideal for students): - The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear everything. All my neighbors were inconsiderate of their noise levels. - All of my emails to management about noise concerns were ignored. They simply do not care if neighbors are disrupting the peace of other residents. Outdated: - The key fob to the gate stopped working three months into our lease. Shockingly, they don’t have a thing that you can put on your windshield that scans to open the date. So we went the remainder of our lease without a working key fob for the gate. They never updated us on when we would get a new key fob, but they said they would come “eventually” (never happened). I wouldn’t even consider this a “gated community” because the gate is broken the majority of the time. With all the crime that was occurring right outside this community, I felt extremely unsafe living here. - They closed the gym for around three months, stating that they were “upgrading the gym”. I expected more and newer equipment since some of the stuff they had in there didn’t even work. Instead, all they did was put leaves and stickers on the wall.

I recently moved into Millenium, and I am so incredibly happy! The process was wonderful. Cathy showed me a space last minute and thoroughly guided me through everything I needed to do. She was so accommodating and kind, she really made everything so simple. The apartments are beautiful, no bait and switch from what they show to what you get. The grounds are well-maintained, and it simply feels like upscale FL living. The people I've met so far have been so kind. I honestly have never heard anyone screaming or partying and my neighbors are so quiet! Very dog friendly as well. I love it here!

I love millennium! Their maintenance team responds to my requests within an hour, the ladies in the office are super welcoming, and the dog park is perfect for my pups. Plus, they get treats from the office and I get free coffee. Win win!! ☕️ 🐶
