Moving in was super easy! Brenda and the entire Lakeview team truly make you feel at home and welcomed from day one. The property looks amazing and is very clean and well maintained. I haven’t had any issues so far, and the staff has been nothing but helpful throughout the entire process.
The amenities are super nice beautiful pool, 24/7 fitness center, basketball and tennis courts, and everything is within walking distance. You honestly don’t even have to leave the community because everything you need is right here. The balcony views are great, and overall it’s just a very comfortable place to live.
So far, my experience has been nothing but positive. Highly recommend!

My friend and I recently signed a lease, and Brenda was beyond amazing! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help us. She gave us a virtual tour of the apartment, answered all our many questions (even the silly ones!), and made the entire process incredibly smooth. We need to move in immediately, and thanks to her efficiency and support, we were able to sign the lease in just one day. Everything was fast, stress-free, and seamless. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent community! I moved from cleareater to Tampa to Lakevie oaks, they assisted me greatly with the transition and creating a space that felt like home! The leasing office is extremely friendly as so is the staff!
They also walk you to your unit and ensure you receive any assistance at a reasonable time!

I moved in last month and couldn’t be HAPPIER. My best friend and I share a 2bd/2ba apartment in the Laurel W/ Quartz floor plan. WE LOVE IT. We have 2 dogs and having wood floors makes our lives so much easier. The floor plan we have is modern, chic, and perfect for our styles. We love our open patio with a beautiful lake view. The staff here is beyond amazing. Brenda, Stephanie and Blake have been amazing in ensuring a wonderful and smooth move-in experience. Of all the apartments we toured while home hunting, we knew Lakeview Oaks was going to be the one we called home as it was the perfect fit we were looking for! I would recommend this apartment complex to EVERYONE. The neighborhood is diverse, peaceful and quiet. I honestly have nothing bad to say! As I said we LOVE it!
