I had a pleasant experience with the staff, especially with Ryan. I had all my questions answered and was given all the information I wanted to know! Super chill, friendly, and easy to work with. Really appreciated all the help and I can safely say that I would be excited to call IQ my future home.

Working with Ryan was great! He was super helpful and friendly. His knowledge of the apartment complex went beyond what the usual leasing agent would know. IQ is amazing!!

Iโm not sure if this apartment is under new management or what, but the customer service has become horrible. Iโve been dealing with an issue regarding a missing package that the office lost, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Instead of the manager coming out to resolve the situation (which honestly wouldโve taken less than five minutes) she sat there messaging the male employee I was speaking to about it. Meanwhile, he never even asked for my name or tracking number and made no real effort to help locate the package. I never had these issues when Jasmyn worked here. She actually took the time to assist residents and help look into problems. Also, if there are ongoing issues with Luxer and carriers not using the system correctly, then maybe management should consider switching to a different package system altogether. Residents shouldnโt constantly have to deal with lost packages and lack of assistance when trying to resolve the issue. I was also recently told that I couldnโt sublease my apartment. Again, no one gave me a clear explanation. The employee simply said it was โtoo lateโ without even looking at my account or asking for my information. There was no attempt to help or provide solutions. On top of that, after many residents had already been living here for months, management suddenly decided in December to begin charging utilities. That should have been communicated clearly and transparently from the beginning. Iโve lived here for almost a year, and unfortunately the quality of management and customer service has significantly declined. Theyโll probably respond telling me to contact them directly, but based on my experience so far, I donโt expect any real resolution or accountability. I truly regret signing this lease.
