Indian Ridge Apartments

No one response to phone calls or emails. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them about a few things after signing my lease. It’s almost like once you sign a lease, everything you need goes on the back burner. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for a week. Started on Monday (June 8) and on Friday (June 12) I’ve received an email about my rent being late. I HAVENT EVEN MOVED IN YET! Nor have I received any kind of answers to my questions nor any help with finishing my move in process. I was told that they would be in contact with me about my move in date once I have everything completed. Well, what if I have questions about the task I have to complete. Sent 3 emails and I have left 4-5 voicemails (which btw when you call and ask to speak with an assistant, it goes straight to voicemail). If they are under staffed, that’s one thing. But, this is unacceptable.

I called the office and no one answered so I left a voice message. We applied online yesterday and paid $50. My husband I were expecting to meet up with the property manager anytime after 12 noon and he said he'd be there until 5 pm today (Sept. 15), but when we got there at 3:17 pm, he was not in the office and we saw a sign on the door that says he'll be back at 8:00. We've been looking to move in because I'm starting a new job this Thursday. This was very inconvenient for us as we drove all the way here from Jacksonville.

There are aspects of this place I absolutely love, however, hope you like fighting for parking. This was never an issue for years, but lately it has been brutal. Especially if you arrive home after 3 pm.
